The room we had was a good size and very comfortable, with a big balcony that you could sit out on and relax. The buffet breakfast had a good range of Thai and Western food. The hotel restaurant is very nice, situated at the side of a river and the staff are very welcoming and helpful, thoroughly enjoyed eating there. The hotel is back from the main road so no traffic noise.

Room was large & well appointed with all necessary comforts. bed/duvet was super comfortable. view from balcony was lovely. all components of room design were great. A/C worked great. wifi super fast no matter where you were on hotel property or by the pool. swimming pool gorgeous, warm, clean, with a very calming atmosphere. restaurant served deliciious pad thai - friendly service. front desk called us taxi to DMK airport, taxi arrived in 3 minutes & drive to airport was only 35 minutes on a saturday morning. breakfast was extensive with both thai & 'western' options - thai potato dish & rish noodle dish were exceptional. breakfast room had effective A/C which was very appreciated with the 38C + 89% humidity!!

the 'tang' juice at breakfast was way too concentrated - they need to dilute with more water.

Everything was great really good restaurant just next door called" The beach" The food was of very high standard and the service fantastic.The room in the hotel was quite large and very comfortable.

Was promised a free taxi or transfer with my room when I booked with the hotel online and I also emailed the hotel but in the end I had to get myself a public taxi which is fine but was a bit of a pain. I did organize it during the booking but it never happened. So don't get the free taxi with the room just order a public taxi at the airport its only 300 baht just make sure you print out or give the location to the taxi driver on your phone so he knows where to go for your hotel location. Apart from that little hick up everything was fine.

I booked the property because of it's proximity to the airport and they had a shuttle service to the airport. I was leaving early in the morning. Enjoyed a very nice dinner in their outdoor setting beside a small river that ran by the property. It had a pool which I would liked to have used but for the lack of time. All the staff I encountered were very nice and helpful. Their English was adequate to be able to communicate effectively.

This hotel is not singled out but very few have facilities where you can open a suitcase in your room at waist level. You are left with opening a suitcase on the floor and stepping around it to use the rest of the room.

It is a lovely hotel and we have been stopping over here on our travels for 7 years. We would recommend it for travellers as it is close to the Suvarnaphumi but not directly in Bangkok.

As I have mentioned before the pool with the private entrances could be attended to. I feel the bathrooms could also do with a touch of refurbishing and we had a wash basin where the water was slightly more than dribbling and ice cold. Let's say a little attention to small details. Breakfast buffet was mainly like warm. However I ordered a freshly made omelette which was really 😋

Lay over for our morning flight home, wonderful staff, free breakfast and a very good hotel shuttle service, reasonable price and sent us with a big posh black SUV. Near airport, 2 pools, big room, big bed, big balcony with a pool view and good water pressure with hot temp, the lady bag girl who is also the airport driver was so sweet and helpful, very kind. Will return when I need a place to rest before my flight.

We ate breakfast in their restaurant and it was very good. It was an English Breakfast we ordered.The hotel is about 10-15min away from the airport and we have booked the shuttle bus for 200 THB which is a good price. Overall we had a pleasant stay and the staff members are all very proffessional and go the extra mile for their customers. I had a problem with the aircon which has been fixed immediatly. The pool is very refreshing. It is quite and very romantic at the river. If you want to go outside on the mainroad you will find after 10min walk a shopping center and also streetfood. The beds are comfy and the room clean and big.

Adequate size, comfort, layout. Sweet location by the river--amazing to see the locals go by via small. wooden boats, the fish nets, the sunrise... Perfect way to start our trip to Thailand.

The refrigerator jutted out too far. It was unsightly. Breakfast selection was just enough but could have been better with more variety of local hot foods and fresh fruits. For the same price, we got so much more at Siri Poshtel and Blue Lagoon. Additionally, the supervisor at the breakfast-dining room seemed oddly unpleasant, as if she was watching every move. It was an uncomfortable dining experience. Only had that vibe in one other lodging, Golden Lotus Hotel in Hanoi. Let the guests eat peacefully without feeling like they are being watched or policed.

The property is beautiful. Very tropical . It is close to a lot of shopping. They had tour options that worked well for us. The staff was excellent. I could have not asked for better! This property is ideal because it is 15 minutes from the airport, and they have shuttle service for a very affordable price.

The mattress in our room was worn out. I had major back pain every night, and did not get much sleep. Pain reliever was no help. They need to replace the mattresses. My partner had the same issues with his back.
