We booked here to be close to the airport for an early flight, sadly it was a very dull and rainy day, the pool we overlooked looked really nice, lots of planes so I don’t know about an extended stay here. The room was very clean had all we wanted, nice balcony. The hotel os located very near a food court/ market, 7/11 very close,, I’d stay nere again if we were flying early, not bad at all.

Having seen some bad reviews, I quickly checked at reception on arriving, that the taxi had dropped us at the correct Hotel! Why are there so many unfair reviews listed for this place? Whilst it's not a Marriott, it's still very comfortable and great value for money with big airy bedroom, very large comfortable beds, a great swimming poo/jacuzzi and a decent buffet breakfast! They extended our check out time from midday to 3 pm for just £9.00 and were also happy to exchange just 1US$ for my wife. Only 10 minutes away from the main airport and they offer a free shuttle service too. Great for anyone needing an overnight stay for the airport.

Property is nice and clean great pool nice food nice drinks pleasant and polite staff I’ve used this property on many occasions because it’s close to the airport which also runs a shuttle bus I normally stay a couple of days either at start of holiday or at the end great to get to the airport and plenty to do around hotel

There is nothing I didn’t like the rooms are a little basic but the price reflects on that

The hotel was clean and comfortable, plenty of markets nearby. About 20 minutes walk was a makro, villa market and a McDonald's. Plus in the evening they had a street food market.

If you check in early, they will charge you 100 baht for every hour, check in time is 2pm. The next day my flight was at 21:35, so I wanted to check out about 5pm, but they told me I would have to pay a full day.

I have been staying in this hotel for many years every time I fly in or out of Bangkok. The staff speak good English. The location is optimal near the airport with free shuttle bus. There are 7/11, Tesco Lotus and a local market within walking distance. Rooms are big with a balcony. There is free water , coffee and tea with a fridge. I never used the swimming pool but it looks inviting.

Excellent location for quick access to the airport using the hotel shuttle service. Pool looked great but we didn’t try. Tasty food from the in-house restaurant. Food market a short walk away but most stalls were closed in the evening. Good value for an overnight stay with an early flight the next day.

I like how close was to the airport, the shuttle service included from and to the airport, the swimming pool and additional services like Thai massage.

The furniture was old at the room. Our room should have swimming pool view; however, the swimming pool close to our room was not in use. We had to walk to the first building to use another swimming pool. I felt that because of the "Booking discount" we got an old room...

The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was close to the airport so great that we could go their quickly on our latish arrival in Bangkok. My partner left her kindle under the pillow and was grateful it was found and there for her on her return to the hotel at the end of our holiday.

The location was great for our early morning flight and airport shuttle. The room was comfortable, spacious, and clean. The staff were helpful in finding my lost kindle from my previous visit. Close to a fantastic restaurant Nud Nua and night markets and 7/11.

Our flight to Suvarnabhumi was scheduled to land at 10.05 pm and our domestic flight was taking off at 7.05 am the next morning. True, Covid restrictions have been lifted but we did not want to tempt fate by hanging around the airport for 9 long hours. This is where BS Residence Suvarnabhumi came to the rescue. The hotel was minutes away from the airport but best of all they offer free transfers to and from the airport. We just had to go the transport waiting area, identify ourselves to the hotel liaison officer and she would call the driver to pick us up. In reality, the hotel rightfully emphasises more on getting their guests to arrive in time for their flight departures and we had to wait for quite some time before we could be driven to the hotel. From pick up to check in to early 3.00 am wake up call I can’t say I had much time to enjoy the hotel’s many facilities. However the hotel was scrupulously clean and the check in was fast. The front desk staff had also thoughtfully assigned us a room facing the lift as we had planned to check out so early. There was supposed to be a night market in the vicinity but it had closed by the time we arrived and we were too tired to check out the nearby 7-11 store. BS Residence Suvarnabhumi presented us with a good alternative to either sleeping at the airport or paying outrageous prices for a night at the airport hotels/capsules.
