Second stay in the hotel At Residence :) This is the PERFECT accommodation for a short stay before or after a long flight. Only 10-15 min. by taxi/car from the airport, super comfortable for a good rest before or after a tiring flight. Super comfy beds, great shower, all super clean, good wifi and most important very friendly and dedicated staff. I had several meals during my 2 stays here and the restaurant downstairs offers quality snacks and meals. The good size swimming pool is just an extra if you feel like it ;-) Shops and more dining options are available in the surroundings. 200% recommended :)

Just a small negative. They charge for airport transfer per room rather than per person. Therefore if you are a family of 4 and book 2 separate rooms rather than all being in a family room you get charged double the fee for the airport transfer. Doesn't seem logical?

They picked me up from the airport, even sending pics in advance so i knew exact where to go. Punctual, courteous, efficient. Room was spacious, air conditioned, with 2 bottles of water and pot noodles available. Very clean I ate at the restaurant (150-200 bhat per person) downstairs, tasty food and good service. Drinks in a fridge were available, and i bought water to take back to the room. Noon checkout time appreciated, and the taxi back to the airport was quick to arrange. 160 bhat including a tip to the driver.

Unsecured wifi, and using a vpn slowed things down quite a lot.

The hotel is perfect for airport arrivals and departures with the shuttle service to the airport. Rooms are beautifully furnished with comfortable beds and pillows. The thick curtains keep out sunlight so you can sleep during the day. The restaurant has long hours and excellent food choices. Everything is designed for comfort and ease for resting before or after a flight. A convenience store on site has toiletries, snacks, drinks and items to make a simple meal. Cup noodles are provided free of charge -- perfect for arriving or departing at unusual times. It's a perfect place to stay before or after a long haul flight. We've even booked extra days for a complete R&R before or after a journey. We are so impressed every time we come here.

This hotel is a great value and a very convenient stay when waiting to fly out from BKK in the morning. We scheduled their shuttle which was a small additional charge of 100 Baht each. It left punctually and got us quickly to the airport which is less than 10 min away. We spent the evening walking in the area where there is a nightly market at a small area mall. there were plenty of dining options in the area including a restaurant at the hotel. There is also a small store to purchase some snacks and drinks. The pool area is very nice and clean and there is a small fitness room which will do in a pinch. Our bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean. This is a great find and very good value for an airport hotel stop.

Staff were very nice and helpful. Restaurant food fantastic, but a bit pricey. Enjoyed the pool. Loved sitting on our villa porch among the greenery and song birds. Enjoyed the complimentary food/soups in the room. Nice shower. Comfy bed.

Room a bit small for 2 large suitcases. No lamps or USB ports, only the harsh overhead ceiling light. Not enough outlets. Bathroom was dark - needs a lot more light so u can c to put on makeup. We often could hear the staff of the nursing home next door, which was directly behind our villa #7 ( not the fault of the hotel). Fitness room needs towels, and cleaning spray to wipe down equipment, and needs a functional bench.

At Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel exceeded all our expectations! We stayed for 1 night only to sleep over before we go back home – a long 20-hour journey. We have selected the hotel near the airport without really having any expectations, but we had a very pleasant experience at At Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel. Personnel – excellent English, very attentive staff at the reception. The hotel is very well maintained with a lot of attention to details. We really did not expect to have a small gym, swimming pool etc. The room was very specious, very well equipped and clean. The beds were super comfy. At Home Cafe & Eatery – we had one of our best meals in this hotel! Simply delicious with great value!!! The hotel offers a transfer service to the airport in a minivan – the fee was 200 baht for a family with 2 adults and a child of 11-years old. Generally, there was a very cozy feeling about this hotel. While ranked as a 3-star at booking.com, it outperformed a number of 4-star hotels we stayed in during our 2 weeks in Thailand.

Everything was simply perfect! There is not a single negative thing that we can point at.

Looks like the restaurant portion of this property, which is on site, has no real value. I just left and went to 711 Not a comfortable space to be in in the restaurant, it looked like an afterthought. This neighborhood is not great for walk ability and dining options, it seems like an industrial section next to the airport with very low end housing next-door, however, I enjoyed walking around seeing the neighborhood. 711 only five or six minutes away was the best part because I can get anything I need And great food at 7:11. Zero passion about the food end of things in the captive restaurant. Again, I did not stay or eat. It was just an immediate impression and I could be way off.

I've been staying here for nearly 10 years when traveling annually to Thailand. The place is great - close to BKK, generally quiet (except for the side near the main street and Teen Noi restaurant) and airport noise is minimal. Their high standards have remained constant over that time, and even the attached restaurant could give McDonald's a run with the consistency of their meal quality. Sounds like a commerical, huh? Desk staff have excellent English and have the level of service/professionalism you'd expect from only the best hotels downtown.

OK, there's no Netflix, the swimming pool is kinda small and doesn't get much sun but does have a good shower with shampoo and always lots of clean towels ... :o)

I really enjoyed my stay at the Residence Suvarnabhumi Hotel. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the on-site café was a lovely place to eat—it made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was quiet, which allowed me to get the rest I needed. I also appreciated the convenience of having a washer and dryer available on the property.

One downside was the TV options—only local channels were available, and there were no apps like YouTube or Netflix for international guests. It would be great if they added more viewing options in the future. Overall, a comfortable and peaceful place to stay in Bangkok.
