The airport shuttle was organized and comfortable. The check in process was smooth and the staff was professional and courteous. we arrived after dark and left before sunrise but the property appeared very clean and well cared for. Beds were comfortable and we got an excellent sleep before our flight home.

The air con is connected to the lights which require the room key to activate, so when you arrive your room is easily pushing 30°C and it is quite stifling. They charge 500 baht deposit for a second key, which we should have just paid so our room would be cool when we got back from walking to dinner. Also there was no hand soap in either bathroom (we had a family suite) so we had to pop into the shower to use the shower gel to wash our hands lol. Minor inconveniences that wouldn’t prevent us from staying again, but easy improvements to enhance guest experience.

Perfect for our needs, we landed at 2am and had another flight the next day. So we needed somewhere close to the airport and shuttle bus was great even at 2am. Many hotels stop checking in at midnight so it is great that you can check into this hotel in the early hours of the morning. Room was clean and spacious.

If you need a location close to the airport it's perfect, otherwise location is not great. Lots of construction work going on at the hotel, but not noisy at night. While there is a pool this didn't look very clean or user friendly with the construction work. Beds were a little hard, but I still slept well. I see that other reviews mentioned mosquitos in the room, we didn't have any, but there is a gap under the door so it would be easy for them to get in.

We checked in early for a day before a long haul fight at midnight, and spent some time relaxing in the room and by the pool, enjoying drinks and food. Big pool with different "areas", and it was quick to get drinks. The food was very good, thai style dishes, very spicy.

Our flight from vietnam landed early so we arrived at 11 and asked for early checkin. The room was ready, but we had to pay 200 Bhat for the early checkin, which seemed very unnecessary when the room was ready and waiting. Especially since we were not going to stay the night as our plane went at midnight.

I liked the connecting rooms. Great for families or big groups. Great location. I appreciate the pick up/drop off service from/to airport. Very convenient. Great for transfer, one night stays.

My friends stayed in the family rooms. The floor was incredibly dirty. All their feet have turned black due to excessive dirt. My room was very clean. So I don’t have problem in this regard. However they described their rooms, beds were great comfy but floor was dusty, dirty, needed to be mopped wiped. The restaurant staff were rude, sort of clashing the plates and cups when collecting utensils we felt like we caused them too much work or something. I several times said thank you always smiled, but they never returned my gesture. Never smiled, looked annoyed, rolled their eyes, at one point one of the reception said something in their native language and laughed at me. I must have been funny without saying anything I suppose.

The room was small but new. Very clean and good materials, floor bathroom and balcony. Extra points for the bed. Hard but good and the bed linen and pillows excellent. Wifi good. Air condition good. Bathroom and toilet good size and clean. The staff at the reception helpful and nice. Shuttle bus to airport every 30 minutes good! Only 10 minutes from the airport. The area was full with local shops and food stands in walking distance. Massage, hair cut etc. available close by.

The restaurant staff was very uncertain and the attitude was not very good. We were charged too much and they understood easy orders wrong. Even if I have a Thai speaking wife! Not recommendable! If I was the boss I would certainly check the staff more closely and would not keep all at work.

The family rooms are perfect, with two separate rooms meaning that not everyone has to go to bed at the same time! Considering the proximity to the airport, it was very quiet. The location is fantastic. There is a cute market at the end of the lane with excellent fruit and food stalls and tonnes of good food options along the main road so you can have a little taste of Thai food culture. Plus a 7-11, perfect. The pool is lovely and the kids swam despite it being rainy season. All the staff are very nice and the airport transfer was seamless. This was our second time at this particular hotel in Savarnabhumi and it is definitely our preferred location for a stopover near the airport. I'm sure we'll be back!

Perfect for our needs. We had one night in Bangkok at the end of our Thailand holiday and wanted somewhere near the airport. We had a family room (Parents and two adults kids). Picked us up at the airport on arrival and 10 minutes to the hotel. Room was great for us (double bed in one room and two singles in the other) and great value at £50. Spent a couple of hours at the pool then we took a grab in to Bangkok in the evening (45 minutes but under £10). Up early in the morning for our included transfer back to the airport (you need to check out 10 minutes before your agreed transfer time).

have stayed there a lot. it’s very convenient for the airport! rooms always clean, tea and coffee in rooms, nice little pool. convenient to get into the city by sky train just a 5 minute taxi ride away. staff are always helpful. prefer to stay in the new part of the building as I can get Netflix there! don’t usually eat there for dinner, there are so many places close by, but did on last visit and the food was also good. They serve both English and thai breakfast which, for the price, is good- particularly Khoa Tom.

For the price there are no issues that I don’t like. the noise from the nightclub is sometimes an issue but it is Bangkok! I don’t expect a quiet holiday in Bangkok!

Nice and close to the airport. Free, half-hourly shuttle bus to and from the airport is a big plus. Our flight was at 7am, so we had to be at the airport for 4:30am - everything went well with the shuttle bus. There is also a good night market within a 20 minute taxi ride, if you are looking to kill some time before an early flight (Srinagarindra).

Firstly, we somehow booked a room in the cheap building which has three floors and no elevator, don't make this mistake, book the ''superior room'' as we paid for the upgrade on all three of our rooms. the ''superior'' room was in the main building, we were put on the 5th floor and a room on the 3rd floor, the receptionist could NOT have been more helpful, she was an absolute star and I thank you for your help. The rooms were very spacious and very clean, our room cleaner was an absolute star, with our grandson aged 22 months visiting our room everyday it was kept spotless. such a wonderful lady. breakfast was quite busy, but still decent enough, not worth the extra, better off going down the beachfront cafes. The hotel is used by a certain group of bachelors that have a steady flow of ''ladies'' touting for business on the hotels ''driveway / approach road'', this I will say, as distasteful as it may seem to some, the bachelors adhered to the hotels strict rules and regulations regarding ''visitors'' and no noise no issues and no problems whilst we were there for 5 nights.
