Good, Clean HOTEL near the AIRPORT (BKK) Convenience Store (LOTUS) KFC and STREET FOOD nearby...
It was a little "STERILE" (boring) nothing much to DO but READ or SLEEP. Adequate for 1 or 2 nites near the AIRPORT--coming or going.

At 23-ish o'clock we had no room to stay in Bangkok near the Suvarnabhumi airport and luckily this hotel had one for us.
The room reeked of cigarettes.

Only thing that was not available was breakfast & that being available would give a high score. Coffee shop next door in the Caltex gasoline station, well worth a visit as super coffee 👍
I didn’t like the high price from Agoda , they were 30% higher for the same room booking through Booking.com !! That’s why I wouldn’t ever book through Agoda & terrible customer service 🥵🥵🥵

Location is very good not far from airport. It was also very quiet. Quite clean. Seemed secure.
Room was a little basic, no tea and coffee or kettle offered. Fridge stopped working when we left the room. No quality toilet paper. No swimming pool. No safe in room.
