The staff was amazing – kind, attentive, and hardworking. They did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and at home, which really helped us relax after the flight. The food at the restaurant was delicious (though a bit pricey), and the rooms were clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The location is perfect – very close to the airport – and we had a beautiful view from our room. There were some great local restaurants within walking distance, with tasty food and very reasonable prices. A 20-minute taxi ride takes you to several good shopping malls.

the water pressure in the shower was terrible – it kept switching between hot and cold, and the water would randomly stop

Beautiful pool, great location, great value for money, staff very helpful. Exceptionally clean, great facilities in the room, and a lovely bath.

This hotel is close to the airport and is on a quiet street. Noise was not an issue. Our room was large and clean. The bed was firm. YIPPIE! The pool was clean and in a beautiful setting. We had our evening meals there as it is a bit away from any major eateries. The food was good and tasty. We ate only Thai food. I do have food allergies, celiacs, and the staff was aware of what I could and couldn’t eat. What a treat! We did have to extend our stay as the airlines had lost my husband’s luggage and we needed to stay in Bangkok to try and resolve the problem. No luck😢 We were not able to get the same price as we had initially got from Booking, but the place was so nice we didn’t want to move. Yes I will come back here and stay again.

It perfect place to stay if you have connecting flights the next day. We didn't stay long enough to use any facilities but there is a pool that looked nice enough and breakfast starts really early in the morning. We used it to sleep for about 6 hours before taking the hotel's airport shuttle at 6am. Early in the morning the shuttle runs on the hour and costs 80 baht per person. When you arrive at the airport and want picking up you need to go to the 2nd floor entrance number 4 and look for the name of the hotel on a sign. Ask the person there about the shuttle and they'll ask you to wait until it arrives and then take you outside to the shuttle, nice and easy with about a 15 minute wait for us.

We chose this hotel for our last night in Bangkok as it was close to the airport. We had been in Phuket and our next flight was early in the morning. It was easier for us to choose a hotel close to the airport and have a quick drive to the airport in the morning, instead of hauling overnight and coming in dead tired. The pool was perfection, I loved the shallow area for lazing in the sun without feeling too hot out on a banana lounge. It was a little walk away from restaurants and we were all pretty tired, so we had dinner in the hotel restaurant and it was tasty.

The distance to the nearest restaurants, although, we would've chosen another hotel to get more options, we chose it for its location to the airport, not for its nightlife. There was a beautiful big bath in our room, but we didn't have any hot water. I tried to fill the bath with the kettle, but after filling the kettle, boiling it and tipping it in the bath 8 times to try to warm it up, I gave up got in the shower hoping for warmth. I was mistaken. There was just no warm water at all.

Well organised shuttle collection from Suvarnabhumi airport which is not easy. Friendly efficient staff. Pleasant restaurant with good range of beer, snacks and food. Easy 6am shuttle service back to airport.

Aircon unit did not work until I turned the batteries around. Nice swimming pool but lots of mosquitos so need repellants if you like to sit by the pool in the evening.

Reasonably priced and just about .8 miles to the nearest 7-11

At checkout I was asked by the front desk to wait there while someone go behind me to check inside the room and make sure nothing was missing. Such a small slight, which I didn’t mind, but I was still surprised because whenever this happens it’s either because the hotel has stocked up the mini fridge in the guest’s room with beverages and snacks, and hopes to charge you if at all you did enjoy some of it. But this was not at all the case. In the end I was left wondering whether this was just me.

Good location near the airport for an overnight stay before an early departure or after a later arrival. It was neat and clean, staff was friendly and professional, assisted our group with the check-in. The restaurant menu was long and prices very affordable. The rooms were very basic and haven't been refurbished for quite a while, but they were clean and fully functional. The pool was open until 11pm, which is nice for late dip.

If you're looking for something else than an overnight stay related to transfers, you'll probably want to go somewhere further from the airport and look for something more comfortable.
