The bed was extremely firm - I’d wake each morning a bit stiff and sore No comfortable furniture to sit on No kettle in the room (however they had hot-water urns in the diner)

We wanted a motel close to Suvarnabhumi airport for the last night of our holiday so we could rest prior our flight without a long drive from the city. Na Siri Lake View was a great option being a short taxi ride from the airport, a short walk to a supermarket, a local food market was even closer. I got the impression the Na Siri Lake View is run by a family, all the staff were very helpful from check in all the way through to when we checked out. Even though we speak barely any Thai and the staff spoke basic English they were great. There was a lady who showed us around the breakfast room, she made sure we knew all the options on offer, she was lovely despite the language barrier. Our rooms faced toward the lake and were quiet, there is a paved walking/running track around the lake which is great to stretch the legs. There is a larger shopping centre a short drive away where we went for tea, there were not a lot of options for vegans or vegetarians. This is not a touristy area however we all managed to find enough to accommodate our dietary requirements. I'd definitely stay here again, we certainly received value for money. Overall I loved the experience of staying at a 'local' motel, always something to learn!

There isn't anything I didn't like.

We only stayed for one night as we came in from one airport and were leaving from the other (which is very close by). The owners kindly allowed us an earlier than normal breakfast so we could get the taxi shuttle to the airport (which they organised) in good time. There was tea and coffee in the restaurant area and we ate at the restaurant in the evening which meant we didn't have to find somewhere, which was great. Although it was a quiet and residential area it would have been nice to stay another night.

The mattress was really thin and quite hard, so from that point of view we were glad to just stay one night!

Close and convenient to the airport. The hotel can arrange a taxi for 200 baht which is good value. Great views over the lake on that side of the building. Staff were really friendly and helpful. Small restaurant on site, which did the job but wasn't the most extensive menu.

Very basic room, but as I only stayed one night to be close to the airport it was suitable. One of the lights in my room didnt work, so was quite dark in the evening. Not many amenities nearby - no restaurants, shops etc.

The hotel staff was really nice and professional, the view was beautiful and the room looked great! The bathroom was fresh and the bed was really comfortable. Everything was clean, a good AC, shower with hot water if you want to. You also get a balcony. And on 5th floor they have a terrace were you can sit and relax and see the view of the neighborhood, lake etc. Wi-Fi was great! The hotel was not far from 7-eleven, max 10min walk. The hotel offered to prebook taxi to airport for a better price than “Grab” and they fixed everything. Loved this place!

Na Siri Lake View was the perfect spot for 1 night after a flight delay. It is close to the airport and convenient. The whole place is spotlessly clean and neat and staff are friendly (although the lady's English is not great). The room is large enough with an en suite bathroom and everything is clean. The bed was firm but comfortable and perfect for a tired traveller. Bathroom was great but the shower water pressure was quite soft. There is a restaurant there and the food was very good. We also walked to a 7-Eleven which was about a 15 minute walk away. There is a fridge in the room and free water too.

Na Siri Lake View is in the middle of a residential area, which may not suit everyone. We had everything we needed for an overnight stay and found it very comfortable.

This hotel really was very lovely and comfortable. I booked it because it was close to the airport and it turned out to be such a great accommodation. I arrived very early and I was able to get an early check in. It is located next to a little pond, so you have a great view. It was too hot in the evening to use the balcony and in the evening there were too many mosquitos, but still it is nice to have a balcony (I used it to dry my clothes) and it was a beautiful view. The room was very big and comfortable and it had everything you need. The ac was working perfectly. And I had the best night of sleep since the bed was so comfortable! The staff was exceptional nice and helped me a lot. It was possible to book a taxi to the airport at the reception. Closeby there are a lot of shops in walking distance (7eleven, cafe amazon etc.) and even though it is close to the airport there is a very lively neighbourhood. I can really recommend this accommodation.

It was the staff really, I came in late that night from suvarnabhumi the younger man spoke english and well. He showed me the room switched on the air for me he just made sure everything was ok. Walking back to the foyer area I noticed out of the corner of my eye a refrigerator. after a more detailed inspection my worst fear was confirmed. A refrigerator containing cold leo beer, you would not like it. Delicious oh yeah. In the morning the reception area was hosted by a very helpful thai women, she organized a taxi and set the price. perfect. I will be back.

Having to go, I had business in Sathorn to attend to.

Staff lovely, breakfast perfect, handy for airport, shops, eg, 7 11 and Lotus, restaurants nearby

I chose the hotel because it said there was a lake nearby. However, it’s NOT a lake but a man made fish pond which can be walked around in ten minutes. Free bikes are available but you can’t go too far as most of the streets are dead ends and the main road is too dangerous . Another problem is that smoking is allowed in the dining area. On one occasion the smoke was soo bad we went to a street restaurant down the road ten minute walk away
