Pool looked great. We didn’t have time to enjoy as arrived late and left early to get to the airport. Rooms were clean. Live music in the restaurant was a lovely surprise. At night the buildings are beautifully lit up but in the morning it was really nice to see the well kept grounds and wildlife.

Unfortunately there is some major construction/road works happening in the area which made the commute longer. When booking you’ll see that it’s very close to the airport but will still take 30mins to get to and from the airport. If getting an airport taxi…stand in the *short distance* taxi queue.

5 star hotel, rooms were very clean, spacious, and beds very comfortable. Facilities were also great, pool, spa, reception all very clean and luxurious. Couldn't see the restaurant as there was a function on but I got room service and the food was very good and reasonably priced for room service. Also a free airport shuttle.

Location, was not near anything, you couldn't walk somewhere. But this was not an issue for me as I picked this hotel for the last night so I would be close to the airport. One small thing I noticed was the toilet hose would stay on when using after going to the toilet and I had to wait for it to turn off, it's like a pump kicked in which was stronger than the handle, had to hold it in the toilet until it turned off before hanging it back up

The pool was amazing with lots of sun loungers . The staff were extremely friendly . The bathroom was spacious and well equipped . The dining areas were immaculate and had a good selection . The room was clean and felt light and airy . There was a little shop if you didn't want to pay bar prices .

The first transfer bus was at 06.00 which we thought would be fine , as our flight was at 08.25 and the airport was only 2.8km away . The transfer took 40 minutes , which immediately put us on the back foot for the chaos that is Bangkok airport ! We did make the flight , but it was not a leisurely experience . I would have preferred a 05.00 transfer .

The pool was great. The hotel staff were pretty good. Cleanliness good as well. Pool towels always available. Rooms are great. Spa fantastic!

Restaurant very slow and disorganized. Value not great. Everything very expensive for the amount and quality. Pool bar staff fantastic. Lower your prices and you will sell capitalize in sales. Need some upgrades in general. Also to fix alot of things in the outdoors that would really improve the property, lights, tiles, water features. Plants by pool. General cleaning from birds and in hallways need improvements . Location is great and value for rooms. Pretty sure the only reason people stay there as location only goof for airport.

The room was nice and comfortable, the bed was very comfy, and I had a good sleep after a long flight. I liked that air-conditioning was not facing me directly on the bed but was a bit away. Surrounded by greenery and away from traffic noise. The staff was friendly and generally, my experience was great.

There is no transfer to the airport available if you need to get there beforoe 8am, fair enough.. so the hotel arranged a taxi. However, the taxi driver charged double price 300b (I went the previous day by taxi from the airport and paid based on meter 130b, while also spending time in the traffic) and said that it is because it was ordered through the hotel. That left a bit bitter aftertaste and I would expect to be communicated beforehand by staff. The location is away from other restaurants, and shops, so if you are planning to stay longer, transportation is needed unless you want to eat always in hotel restaurant, which was also good.

The hotel is located relatively close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. A shuttle is also offered. Our room was large enough to not step on each other constantly. Daily ceaning was perfect. We liked the large central pool with the water bar. Underwater illumination made it great fun to go to the pool after nightfall.... We spent 17 night, a great place to relax and just do ...nothing. Food in the hotel is tasty, but somewhat expensive as expected. Fortunately there is a food market not far away, that offers all kinds of local Thai food, no tourists, a bowl of home made noodle soup 50 bhat The staff is very friendly and competent, they go out of their way to help the guests. I only can recommend the place and certainly will be back there again.

Hard to find anything.... maybe, if complaining at a very high level.....have more Thai food for breakfast and change variety a little more frequently. However, who stays more than 2 weeks... everyone else will not notice So....no real complaints

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing with garden areas throughout and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night before flying home and ate at the on-site restaurant. Food was okay but not exceptional. Check in was efficient and the price was very reasonable for our room. We used the shuttle service when we left and it was very convenient. On arrival at the airport we missed the shuttle due to a delayed flight. I messaged the hotel to rebook and they were not helpful so I had to book a Grab taxi.

We booked a double bed as we were travelling as a couple and they gave us a room with two twin beds. It is a large resort and I think they could have made an effort to place us in a room with one bed like we had booked. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the property and I left with many bites. We looked at the spa menu but found the prices about 4 times higher than all of our other massages in Thailand.

We stayed at a poolside room which on the ground floor which made it very easy to access the common areas of the resort. Our room had a nice little balcony and a cozy reading nook next to the window. The pool is very nice with lots of areas to relax and enjoy the sun. The breakfast was very good with lots of options both western and asian to choose from and very convenient opening hours. The restaurant had live music nights during the weekend.

The prices for food and drinks were extremely expensive and since the resort is in the middle of nowhere there are no alternative options.

The grounds, pool, room was fantastic!! Great vaule for money! Read lots of reviews prior about Divalux even made sure I had snacks with me since lots of people said that there was limited options, found they have a little convenient type store in reception. Free shuttle to the airport, took about 15 mins to get there.

The actual checkin part was fast, however they said I had to wait for the bell boy to take me to my room after 30 mins I walked back up to reception to see if he was coming or if I could walk there they told me to wait and they would follow up, but they didn't do anything I ended up waiting over an hour to go to my room. The restaurant I went to on the grounds was awful. After paying for a 2 course meal untouched I went to my room and ordered room service, cheese pizza and fries, disappointing again, I only ate the fries were eatable. how a cheese pizza can be so bad I'm not sure lol. Shower would go from burning hot to cold but was still manageable

Airport shuttle service and drivers were excellent. Entrance lobby area was inviting. Room was very comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful. Breakfast dining area very inviting. On-site restaurant menu was varied and reasonably priced. Swimming pool and surrounding lounges were appealing and comfortable.

Check-in staff were not customer friendly (at least the lady who served us). We arrived 45 minutes early and we had to wait until 2pm (official check-in time) for key to our room and then we had to ask for the key. For us, it was a two-night stay although on second day we had to check out at 10:30pm to catch our 2:30am flight so we didn't get the benefit of staying a full second day. At check-in, I did point this out to the lady managing the desk as I thought we should have been permitted to check in early. Rules very rigid regarding check-in and check-out times. Plus, the room was ready!
