Helpful staff and professional hotel shuttle service (round trip 300 BHT) from and to the airport even very early in the morning. 5 minutes walk to a large open night market. Quiet location inside a residential area.

Confusion pickup from the airport, until a kind person had to call my shuttle and I had to wait total of 20+ minutes. Lots of traffic because of highway construction which took about an hour to travel probably 3 miles distance.

the location is great. i was in BKK for 16 hrs transit and decided to stay overnight nearby the airport. the shuttle bus for pick up and drop off at airport is convenient for the travelers. the location of the hotel is nice. there is Suvarnabhumi night market close by the hotel.(but close at 9 pm) there is another food corner close later. 2 7-11 convenience stores are close by. the closest massage shop also close at 9 pm, but if you walk a little bit further. some close at 11 pm or 12:00. very very economic price for Thai massage. 1 hr 250 THB...

I asked the reception to book me a day Tour but sadly the recommeded Tour guide can not speak english well. We paid at the Hotel 300O Baht for an 8 hour Tour to trainmarket and floating Market BUT when we arrived to floating Market the women their demanded 4000 Baht for the boat, so total of 7000 for only 1 day. Which obviously overpriced. She was Not a tourguide but only Taxi and öfters overpriced boat. When i checked Booking.com they offer such Attraktions between 700 to 1200 Baht per Person. So please be careful, i do not recommend to ASK for Tour assistance at the reception. Just enjoy the stay and Rest at the Hotel.

It was so pretty & felt secluded- despite being in the middle of things. The staff was so friendly & helpful ! The airport shuttle was great! Food was great. Close to a 7 eleven & food shops. There was a market the next street over. The whole property felt unique & beautiful. I loved the elephant towels! The breakfast was good. They had a nice sized refrigerator. Oh, and I so appreciated the cold water bottles every day!

The bed was a little too hard for my comfort. That’s the only criticism I have (and that wasn’t too bad either).

They stayed in touch, picked us up from the airport and left us back again. Our rucksacks were carried upstairs as no lift. Great location, lovely staff and breakfast before being transferred to the airport on the time arranged. Great place to stay if you have a flight to catch.

We went to bed early so a few noises woke me up something that sounded like chimes which may have been from the shrine below our balcony? Last one was happened at midnight. Great night market nearby 5 minute walk. Main road before you turn down a quieter road to the hotel has a big road construction going on. It should relieve the traffic in the future though!

This hotel is excellent value for money. They have a free airport shuttle, breakfast, good wifi, good bathroom and a small pool for just over € 30,- per night. Although the hotel is located close to a busy area (night market, busy street with shops) it's quiet at night as it is located in a small side street. We just stayed 1 night to catch our early morning flight to Europe, but the hotel is so convenient you could easily stay a few nights.

The pick up from the airport is a bit complicated. They don't have staff at the airport, so you have to send them a message or call them to arrange the pick up. That was not clear to us. Right now there are road works close to the hotel, so the shuttle have to make a detour and it takes a bit longer to reach the hotel. It took us 25 minutes to get to the hotel and about 15 minutes to get to the airport.

Staff were all very friendly, and we felt very welcome. It’s especially nice when you get there after a long flight and everyone is so kind and helpful. Breakfast in the morning was just what we needed. I thought the rooms were very pretty and traditional feeling, with nice little amenities. I would stay here again.

The mattress was super hard. I personally enjoy a firm bed but my partner had a hard time sleeping. And it’s not the hotel’s fault but there was a very loud karaoke party happening somewhere in the neighborhood until very early into the morning. I would still stay here again, but maybe not on a Saturday.

Very communicative when organising airport pickup, and kept an eye on flight times as we were delayed. The pickups run hourly so we got a cheap taxi back to airport for our return. The hotel is really close to the airport and perfect for our needs. Great to have chilled bottled water in the room for our arrival and coffee if we wanted in the morning. Air-con and fan great too. Great and convenient hotel with on-site restaurant for a very good and cheap breakfast too.

Stairs might be an issue for some people but fine with us!

Very close to the airport with a reasonably priced shuttle service to and from. The Suvarnabhumi night market is a short walk away. There are all sorts of facilities nearby. I recommend going to the Hua Takhe Old Market, which is about 1.5km away. It is a group of traditional wooden houses with balconies built over the canal. The houses have been converted to bars and cafes. It is open during the day. Perfect overnight stay if you have an early flight out of Bangkok.

It was noisy because of the constant flights out of the airport. Not overbearingly noisy, but still... Make sure to remind the reception to give you a wakeup call (if you need it), they missed mine; but luckily I had set an alarm anyway.

For our group of 13, going to Bhutan, The Orchid horel shuttle was on time and Tuee at the desk, along with NeNey were treasures, accommodating all our groups' questions and preferences, and with gentle courtesy and offering additional key sightseeing recommendations. Some of our group arrived three days in advance of Bhutan, and also some of oyr group stayed 2-3 days after Bhutan. Very, very convenient, 10 minutes from the Internation Airport. Great bed, shower, and swimming pool! Charles and Marla Simmons.
