I've stayed here many times, over the years, so I'm familiar and comfortable with it. A relaxing oasis near the airport IMO! All the basics and more, including an attractive setting, friendly and helpful staff, a restaurant and a well kept pool. It's very convenient for the airport but also, using public transport, relatively easy to get into Bangkok centre.

I always stay in the cheapo rooms which have everything I need albeit in relatively limited space. My comments may not apply to the larger and more expensive rooms. On this occasion, the AC wasn't as effective as on previous visits, I noticed the corners and tops of some shelves were dusty, including a used bottle top and a small dead lizard. The main parts of the room and bathroom were clean enough and I didn't consider it worth asking for a more thorough clean.

The location is conveniently close to the airport yet maintains the charm of a peaceful and pleasant resort. The staff is friendly, professional, and provides excellent service, making the experience even more enjoyable. The rooms are very comfortable, clean, and provide a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. We stayed in a spacious room with our two dogs and baby, and it was more than satisfactory—comfortable and accommodating for all of us. The hotel also provided excellent services for our dogs, making it a great stopover between flights. Additionally, the hotel quickly arranged a large vehicle to transport our luggage—four suitcases and two crates—to the airport efficiently and without any hassle.

The only tiny downside was that the water pressure in the shower was a bit weak.

As noted in my previous reviews of this property, the staff, the design and the facilities here suit me fine. I sometimes think about upgrading from.the cheapo rooms but, so far, haven't felt the cost/benefit of doing so. A few minor gripes, last time, about cleanliness and the AC didn't apply this stay and I can't think of anything significant I could fault. Although being, principally, an airport hotel, I'm happy staying here a week or so at a time.

Although the cheapo rooms are normally more than adequate for me (travelling solo), they probably wouldn't be for everyone. So, to state the obvious, I suggest choosing your room here carefully. Similarly, the laid back and relaxed nature of the resort, despite being so close to the airport (and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff), is perfect for me but probably wouldn't appeal to everyone.

We here are a bad stay at the BS grand (a nearby airport hotel). We made a great choice. Although yhe soi is not busy, and looks half abanned. This little charming gem did its job. I like the Villas, that was a nice suprise! that old school villa vibe. The staff are absolutely gorgeous, and are super helpful, just ask for anything or any information. One day we were waiting for a taxi, and the owner drove us down to the end if the soi because the taxi was taking too long. It felt like hospitality from my family. The beds have amazing toppers, and more than make up for the little sand flies that got through the vent in the bathroom (not outside of the bathroom). i loved the colour scheme in the villa and thr traditionally style. Also, the breakfast is not buffet style, but i prefer this as buffets are not sanitary and you can choose off themenu. The dinning area is by a nice water area, and is very tranquil. They make wonderful coffee! and thr Pad Thai is too die for! my sister doesn’t eat spicy so they made hers mild! but still Delicious. I would actually love to stay again next time i use the airport, and maybe take a dip in the lovely pool next time.

i can’t think of anything. oh the transfer is 200baht. but i stayed at a worst hotel nearby a day nefore , and id rather pay the transfer than stay at a bad hotel that includes free transfer

We asked for a massage which they arranged for us with external masseuses, but they had a facility especially for this purpose and we were able to have the massages simultaneously. At check in the receptionist informed us that the room is very small and asked if we wanted to upgrade, which we agreed to. There is a swimming pool with a pleasant water, room is spacious, bathroom had 2 showers, nice breakfast was served (with freshly squeezed juice which was a first in Thailand). Even though it is very close to the airport and near busy street, it still managed to be a quiet oasis with a jungle feel.

the staff was excellent, I was driven to the airport for a small fee. It was very early and I felt bad but they took me and I was very happy with the service. The food was great at the restaurant located on the property.

Nothing

It was more than I expected, it is a little bit out of the city and near the airport which makes this place more quite. The room is okay and good to stay in, the pool is good and the garden is beautiful. they served a good breakfast and the staff were nice.

It is a little bit far from everything, it is almost the end of the inside road, so it was hard to find any convenient stores and other diners. I had to walk around 10 mins to reach other shops nearby. I could hear air-flight noise from time to time. And some bugs and mosquitos during the night since it is surrounded by trees and plants.

I was traveling with my two cats, who would just have be living the most traumatizing experience of their life in the form of 2 consecutive flights in a 18 hour span. I needed a place that I could reach easily from the airport, give the cats a good shower and rest until the taxi heading south would pick us up in the morning. This place was perfect in that sense. The room was nice. The bathroom could use some small repairs, was fine.

I'd love it if they could offer the service to provide cat litter for you, for a fee. Was really tired from traveling and the 30 minutes walk to find it, in soaking wet Bangkok air, was really hard :D Also the price was a bit high for the cats as they charge 500 bath per cat, so overall the night cost around 70 euro in the end. Still very practical place for me, just a bit pricey.

After 18 hotels around Thailand this was the most comfortable and best value for money. The staff give a high quality of service and the restaurant has exceptional food. The beds are awesome and the most comfortable I found in Thailand. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

There was nothing not to like

It has everything. Comfortable rooms for an incredibly reasonable price. Lovely open restaurant. A beautiful pool. And the best staff anywhere. Always helpful, always smiling and very happy to do a little bit extra.

There are a limited number of sun loungers round the pool. There needs to be a no reserving policy.
