Staff, size of room, restaurant on site. Checkout time extended for an hour for free. Food in the restaurant was very good and quite cheap. Definitely the hotels strong point.

Staff on check out complained about me using the steps that had just been cleaned to carry a large heavy suitcase down as opposed to a slippery steep metal ramp, so some common sense was lacking and the attitude was a little bad, no staff offered to help either so I wasn't impressed with the way they approached customer service. In general though, the staff were very friendly and helpful. Also had some ants in the bathroom with was a little worse for wear but they were not a problem.

Perfect place to stay for a stopover to fly, perfect room and shower, nice pool and restaurant, restaurant has a lot of choise for Thai food and other food as well and is very affordable, shuttle service from and to the airport for only 100 Baht, also a free golf car service to bring you to the main road or other near distance, what more do you want for a stopover stay?

Actually nothing, just a remark, the restaurant closes at 9 pm to order, that's quite early to my opinion, but they offered to bring me to the restaurants at the main road with the free golf car shuttle, I walked back but I could also call to be picked up, very good service.

The location was close to the airport, and the hotel taxi took us straight there. (100baht₿ for 2 people, 20baht less than Bolt or Grab, Thailand's Uber) Easy for us to check-in, even late at just after midnight. It was pretty much exactly as advertised: Close to the airport, cheap, basic things you need. Simple. Great price too! I would use it again for a close-by, overnight 1-night stay again!

It was hard to find the airport taxi. The cue card was located on a sheet, surrounded by 20 other cue cards hanging from a table in the crowd of taxi cue card people. So, it is a bit difficult to find. I think someone (unaffiliated) directed me there because I was looking around like a confused white guy lmao Beds were quite hard, but my buddy and I both have hard beds so it was fine for us. Besides that. It was chill.

We were picked up from the airport by the hotel's taxi. The staff were very prompt and efficient to check us in. The room was basic but for one night fulfilled our requirements. There was a pool which was being enjoyed by other guests and would be a welcome diversion. Tea and coffee provided with a fridge. The on site restaurant cooked us a meal to order and it was very impressive The price was good too. We slept well and early next morning the hotel taxi was waiting to take us back to the airport. Well done to the staff who were a delight.

Beds very hard and toilet not working properly but we were too tired to complain and just managed with turning on and off the water valve. Not much else to complain about. This is a basic airport hotel at a very fair price.

Huge room (309) fridge kettle balcony great aircon TV, storage for your stuff. Great little cafe on site. Reasonable prices. Beautiful swimming pool crystal clear water. Shower and changing area/toilets. Coffee and tea in the room. Very pleasant staff all around. Shuttle for 100 baht. Great wifi. Really very good value.

Only negative was the mattress is hard in that room. Our last stay also had a hard mattress in another room. It’s a small price to pay for so many positives.

A good easy hotel very practically situated near BKK Suvarnabhumi airport. With a convenient shuttle bus to the airport which is only a 10 minute ride from the main terminal. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance. Although I didn't use it, they also hav a nice little swimming pool. Free water in the room and tea/coffee making facilities. VERY good value for money for an overnight airport stay.

Nothing to complain about.

Breakfast was Ok - extra 150฿ - standard eggs, boiled ham, toast. Transfer service from airport was standard hurry up and wait, but good communication from people organizing. The hotel is located on a soi with other hotels, apartments, and some restaurants. Would say ok during the day, would not venture to far later in the evening. Hotel check in staff were very friendly as was the lady in the morning who organized my taxi to the train station (new one). Just an FYI it is quite some distance to the train station and cost about 400฿ with toll fees.

Not much. The Hotel business is a tough one these days. Have to be in it for the long haul. I hope the owners keep up with maintenance etc over the next couple of years, if so it will be a hotel I would certainly use again for my overnight stop overs.

This is a fantastic place to stay the night before a flight out of the BKK airport. I arrived at 1 PM, and they were able to check me in early. My room was large and had a king bed. The A/C unit worked well. The bathroom wasn't luxurious, but it had what I needed. The WiFi was fast. The room even had a little balcony. There is a restaurant on site which is very convenient. The food is not over-priced. You can even dine at a table by the pool. I had a very early flight, and the shuttle was able to take me to the airport at 3 AM for only 100 THB. I think this hotel was a great value!!

A few little things could be updated like the carpet in the hallways, but they seem to be working on that. This place is not meant to be a luxury vacation resort. It does the job it is meant to do.

We were picked up as arranged, the rooms were fairly basic but clean and a large size. Wi Fi worked well. Staff in general were helpful and friendly. Pool was a good size and clean. Overall, it was value for the money.

The staff in the restaurant could do better and improve their manners. A larger range of choices for breakfast would be better.

Close to the airport and a variety of restaurants within walking distance, even one within the hotel itself! Enjoyed the pool, availability of fitness equipment and shuttle to the airport.

We got chased by wild dogs while walking back to the hotel. It was quite scary. We had to ask another hotel security to walk with us to our hotel. Even that, the dogs still came at him. Thank you to the security!
