Close to the airport with shuttle services. Very useful for a one night in between flights. Personnel was very helpful and used to people arriving any time of the night and leaving any time of day, really made the experience better. The room has all you need and more, and is clean. Would recommend for a short night between flights.

Location is not great, but we were not here for sightseeing. The person calling the shuttle for you at the airport wasn't very helpful - they were probably bored to be there, but we had to actively look for them because they were hidden a bit further away from the hotel sign for the pickup. But again, that was still a good place for a single night, and I would recommend.

The hotel provides a convenient pickup and drop off shuttle service which was appreciated, especially when you’re tired. As a solo female traveller I felt quite safe with the driver, and at the hotel. Despite the room being basic the friendly owner has tried to make your stay comfortable by providing essential amenities as well as complimentary water and snacks. I found the bed to be quite firm for my liking, but I still slept ok. If you’re just overnighting then eat at the airport before you leave, or take some food with you. The hotel has a cute, eclectic style, and if you’re not wanting to pay too much it fulfils it’s purpose as a clean and convenient place to overnight between flights. The driver gave outstanding service, thank you.

Close to airport, 10 min car ride. We booked a deluxe room with airport pick up/drop off included. We were met at the meeting point by a lady who said the pick up would be 10 mins (which was correct) and then she took us to the car when it arrived. All very quick and easy. Drop off was also very easy, they run every 30 mins 24/7 and as we had an early flight they took us at 4am to the airport, perfect. Room was a good size and perfect for 1 night. Comfy bed. Kettle with free water, coffee, tea and snacks. Just a 5 min walk along the road you can get a fabulous pizza at someones house (in there front garden). Cooked by the elderly owners it was just what we wanted after 4 weeks of rice and noddles (we love rice and noodles) and it was very cheap (150 Bhat) Interesting temple just a short walk over the canal from the hotel. No tourists and lots of locals at the small market outside the temple. Lots of great street food. All the staff were friedly and helpful. If you have an early flight or an overnight between flights this is a perfect stopover.

Our room was facing the sun in the afternoon and the aircon unit was struggling to cool the room. Soon as the sun went down it was fine but wouldn't want to be in there during the day (we arrived mid afternoon)

Stayed at Lilac Residence from about 7pm to 5am the next morning. Transfer arranged with hotel prior to arrival was smooth and efficient - 25 minute ride from and same time back to the airport. Checkin and arrangement of return to airport for family of four was quick. Helpful, friendly staff arranges luggage to and from room upon arrival at Lilac. Some snacks and instant soups conveniently supplied in the room by the hotel and included in the room rate avoided heading out for dinner and enabled getting several hours of sleep despite short layover. Would stay again.

This is a simple hotel very close to Suvarnabhumi Airport. We checked in around 8 pm and left at 5 am, so didn't spend a ton of time there. But the rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, and showers were spacious with great hot water. The staff people we met were courteous, and there were some free snacks provided that my kids appreciated. We did not have cash for payment, but they do take credit cards at the property. The airport shuttle departs every half hour (can fit 8 people), and it left exactly on time for us, taking about 10 minutes to get to the airport (no traffic at 5 am on a Sunday, so possibly might take longer at times). I was not bothered by any airport noise, though it's possible a light sleeper might notice some? We booked three rooms - two triples and a double - and the hotel was able to put us all next to each other, just as we requested. I would stay here again before an early flight. Please note that Bangkok has two international airports. This is next to BKK (Suvarnabhumi), NOT close to Don Mueang Airport.

I messaged in advance about the airport shuttle, and they said we could just schedule it when we arrived for check-in. But when we arrived, the time slot we wanted (5:30 am) was already full, so we had to get our children up even earlier than necessary. It would have been nice to be able to schedule the shuttle in advance. There is one spot on a stairwell with very low head clearance, but it is thoroughly padded - slightly awkward, but not dangerous at all. The decor is extremely purple.

Everything accept the pillows! There was an older gentleman at the desk when I arrived who was very helpful. He helped to find a place to park, got my heavy suitcase out and took it inside! The place is so clean and tidy with very nice and kind staff, including the driver. Very generous with free snacks.

Those pillows of course!! My neck hurt after using it for a few hours! Had to use those softer cushions instead for the rest of the night! Airport transfer isn't free but that isn't a problem.

The staff are nice and helpful.Pick up service is also very good, location is 15 minutes from airport.

Bathroom a bit dirty at the shower area and the room need fresh air for good smelling.

It is 100 baht each way; this is non-negotiable even tthiugh I had a booking confirmation saying FOC They agreed to hold my luggage for 3 weeks FOC which was appreciated. Transfers were excellent, it is perhaps 20 mins from the airport

The charge for the transfer. But it was only 200 baht in total so not worth losing sleep over.

1) A good hotel near the BKK Airport. If you want to stay for one day. 2) 7/11 is at walking distance. 3) Street food is also available just outside 7/11. 4) They provide airport shuttle service and they are very punctual on it once you noted them the time of departure. 5) The room's distinct styles appeal to me. Most of the items had instructions mentioned there. Check the photo I uploaded the picture of the wifi password in the room. 6) They kept biscuits, snacks and peanuts along with water bottles in the room. It was good.

I have reviewed Lilac Relax-Residence a few times now and always stay when I have a flight to catch. Good service on airport transfer built into the cost of some rooms. Staff friendly and helpful with all on reception speaking very good English. Free snacks in the rooms, which are comfortable and with a room safe, too. The only downside is that there is no restaurant, but there are some places to eat nearby. .
