Excellent staff and the accommodation was fine. Shuttle pick-up works well, provided you have a workable phone.

The location is nothing to write about, but it was a quiet overnight stay.

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the years, but had not been back since 2017. I've been in Thailand past few weeks with family and I booked this for convenient place close to airport. No complaints from anyone in my group. It is not fancy but it is comfortable and clean. Air con has been good, rooms are quiet, no issues with staff. Book with confidence for budget room close to airport or Lat Krabang station for public transport to city. Grab rate to hotel from Lat Krabang Station was less than 80 baht or 25 baht moto ride. Hotel offers airport transfers for 150 baht per room.

It was very easy to contact the hotel and arrange for the shuttle to pick us up despite arriving on a late flight. The hotel is just a few minutes from the airport. The check in process was quick and professional. The rooms are comfortable, well equipped with all necessary amenities. The bed is comfortable and the area is very quiet at night. Breakfast offers a fair selection of tasty food and hot drinks and the breakfast room is clean and tidy. Staff is very polite.

There's really nothing I can complain about. Maybe It would be useful to have some ready to eat food or snacks for guests arriving late at night.

I have stayed here several times when traveling to or from Thailand. The location is convenient to the airport, the property and rooms are clean and modern, and the staff is friendly and professional. I was traveling with medication in a cooler with icepacks. I arrived very late in the evening and my icepacks needed to be re-frozen for my travel the next day. The staff quickly accommodated my request and put my icepacks in their freezer. When I retrieved them the next morning, they were neatly wrapped in plastic and labeled with my room number.

The shower head dripped after I took my shower. It was late and I was exhausted, so I didn't say anything, but I'm sure if I had alerted the staff to the issue they would have taken care of it.

I chose the Phoenix hotel to watch the planes at BKK airport, I wasn’t disappointed, as despite the smog over the airport I could see most departures and arrivals. The rooms have had a refresh since my last visit.

The lack of restaurant facilities except for breakfast. An elevator would be a welcome addition, as the stairs to the top floor are very wearing on the legs. The airport shuttle is now charged as a separate fee each way, why not include it in the room price? It used to be.

Staff were very friendly and would say hello every morning, nothing too much trouble, they even moved us to a lower floor to make it easier for my dad to pop out for a cig outside. Room was cleaned every day even if you go out late, coffee and water provided with other drinks available in reception to buy, beds were really comfortable and room Air conditioning worked well. The hotel is always so clean and the staff work really hard. The breakfast was really nice too again staff were great. If you want an English tea bring tea bags as they don't have them and not in supermarkets.

Arrival and booking in was straight forward. Greeted at reception by a young lady who was very pleasant and helpful. As we only stayed for the evening as our flight was early in the morning we did not have chance to sample the dining. The room was clean and situated on the first floor. It was a short walk to Lat Krabang Temple, well worth visiting. The hotel was in a good location for anyone who are going to the airport as they offer a shuttle service which cost 150 baht.

I did not notice if there was a lift as the porter carried the suitcases up the stairs, so I am not sure if there is disabled access facilities.

24 hour shuttle service available on call at a very reasonable rates (charge per room, not per person) Shuttle to and from airport was 15-20 minutes. Quiet area located down a narrow alleyway in a common neighborhood. Busy street with shops and restaurants about 100 meters from hotel Entryway is bright, clean, and welcoming. Check in was quick, and staff were very welcoming and professional. Rooms are basic as accurately portrayed in the photos. Beds were comfortable and shower area was clean and roomy. A/C worked very well with no odors. An unexpected bonus for a bargain hotel, was the small balcony with a single chair, providing light to the room and a great place for morning coffee. American breakfast was ok, but decent value.

No complaints whatsoever for a 3 star hotel

We booked this to use for only 5 hours between flights, to shower and rest a little. It is about a 15 minute drive to the airport. The do offer an airport shuttle for 150 baht per room. For approximately $31 US it was great to be able to relax and refresh. The hotel was tucked off on a quiet side street. The room was a little small, but if you are looking for a cheap place, coming or going from the airport, this hotel was a good deal. Rooms were very clean!!

The only thing I had issue with, was the beds sagged in the middle.... once you laid down, you did not notice it much.

The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly! The location is perfect, just a stone's throw from the airport. The bed felt like pure bliss—I drifted off into a deep sleep after my exhausting flight. I absolutely loved the amazing facilities they offered!

I must mention that this place may not be suitable for those traveling with large and heavy luggage, as there is no elevator. It would be a nice addition if they provided a clothes rack outside for guests to hang their laundry, like underwear, to dry. Nonetheless, it is the best! The cleanliness is outstanding!
