The staff here is what touched my heart most. From the first message I had sent upon booking this hotel, I was responded to with kindness and courtesy. The front desk ladies helped me get my 2 suitcases up the stairs to my room when I arrived, and back down again when I was leaving. Apple, Kai ("chicken?!), Ay and Ton (nightshift reception) were all wonderfully helpful whenever I needed them. This hotel is right across from a wonderful Halal restaurant with plenty of choices and really tasty meals - I ate there almost exclusively - even though there are several cafe-locations (which I also enjoyed), pub-style food choices, Japanese restaurants, and a lovely Thai-specific restaurant too. Lots of choices for anyone looking to unwind in a location where all of these are a close distance from this hotel. Ton let me know about a mall I could get to (with Grab driver) to get a micro-sd card I needed; and Apple connected me with another good driver to help me get to the fashion district for mostly "window" shopping! He also took me to one temple for a few pics - though I suspect next visit, I will likely learn how to use the subway/sky train for getting around!! Seems many temples can be seen that way. I was able to comfortably meditate in my room several times each day of my stay. And this was very healing! Thank-you to all of the wonderful receptionists!! Some may not like the loud music from the bar that is very close, but I loved the music and had no problem drifting to sleep when I wanted to. For those unable to easily climb stairs, do know there is just one flight to climb, but I used the staircase happily and comfortably through my stay.

This place is not fancy, but it was a good place to sleep when we flew out of Bangkok. We liked it enough to stay there a second time during our trip.

Be careful about using linens. My wife got some makeup on one of the hand towels and that caused a bit of an issue with the staff checking us out. It almost cost us 200 baht for that little deal. In the end, they did not charge us

I have chosen the room for its interior. It absolutely matched the photos. Additionally I was impressed to find a balcony. I found it cute. There was an interconnecting phone in the room, so we could talk with my sis from our rooms. next to the venue there some restaurants, massage saloon and a supermarket. The taxi to the airport didn't cost a lot.

The room does not have a window, but the balcony door can be left opened instead if needed.

A nice coffee shop nearby.

I chose O-Zone because it's close to Suvarnabhumi Airport and I had a 0730 flight which means I had to get to the airport by 0430-0500. The hotel doesn't have an airport shuttle and they don't seem to have any arrangement with a taxi company. There is a fair bit of nightlife in the area so there will be taxis but you may have to wait a while, especially in the wee hours of the morning. The hotel was OK and the staff were friendly but next time I have an early morning flight I will probably stay somewhere in central Bangkok. Between 1200 and 0600, the airport is no more than 30 minutes from anywhere in central Bangkok and you're more likely to get a cab more quickly.

the hotel is relatively close to the airport, the taxi drivers know it, they drove it quickly. There is an area with night cafes around. The lobby is pleasant, small, the room is well suited for 2-3 nights, the bed is large, the mattress is of optimal rigidity. The receptionist behaved professionally - he helped unload things and bring them to the room, and in the morning he called a taxi and also helped with things.

very low water pressure in the shower. There was no soap or shampoo in the room

Room was nicely decorated. Location is good. Staff were helpful and friendly.

The air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool. It was slightly noisy due to a karaoke bar nearby. I was able fall asleep but the noise lasted until at least midnight.

The room was big, with airco and a fan, the bed was nice, comfy and clean. Close to the airport and amenities such as restaurants and 7-eleven.

The bathroom was quite dated and the shower head was dirty (moldy?), the TV had dust on it. It is indeed a very noisy hotel, we mainly heard the planes landing and people cleaning, walking, etc. There was a massive storm that night so these were the only noises we experienced, but the room is not noise-insulated at all.

The only negative i can think of was the loud music from nearby bars, but i think that finishes at midnight, so not much of an issue. Also, the place was a bit difficult to find, as it is tucked away in the corner..so difficult to find in the dark, so maybe a bigger sign would help....but that's just a suggestion

There was a lot of noise constantly through the night from local residents in the area of the hotel..& also guests in the hotel who were coming in from a night out/departing for the airport. This is no reflection though on the Hotel and with being close to the Airport & on a busy road with bars/restaurants we knew this would possibly be the case but it does mean that you don't get the best night sleep or feel so rested.

It's pretty small. However, it has great service, nice big room and staffs are lovely. The owner is awesome, very friendly, and helpful. I certainly can recommend this to any traveler. It's safe. Closes shopping is Robinson, which is about a 15-minute ride, and it takes minutes to the airport.
