Had a great stay and the hotel staff was even so friendly to pick me up late at night from airport because my flight arrived very late and i lost my booking confirmation, which was no problem. I was glad they extra send a pick up for me to get me safe to the hotel after a long travel (i'm a women solo traveler). Nice morning breakfast, i had a relaxing night, room is like described, free wifi and hot shower.

Street can be bit noisy but never mind it, the location is good and shops, ATM, sim card supply are directly next to the hotel which is a benefit if you need anything.

Already stayed in Mariya Boutique Residence a few times. Always just for one night between flights when it wasn’t worth the hassle getting downtown Bangkok just for a short night. The hotel isn’t at Suvarnabhumi Airport itself but a 15-minute drive away. I always booked the hotel together with transfers which are well organized with a clear description of the pickup place at Suvarnabhumi Airport where a representative awaits you with your name on a signboard. There may be a waiting time for some other guests but it never was long. Price one night accommodation including airport transfers is almost unbeatable. Rooms are OK and offer everything needed

Only downside is there is no elevator so getting to your room after a long flight carrying a few heavy bags can be a bit strenuous

Very good place for a one night stayover awaiting next day's connecting flights Its a somewhat oldish ,but well taken care off hotel with an 'at home' feeling The rooms are spacious and clean with warm colours, comfortable beds, kitchenette , TV with international channels, good WiFi Breakfast is OK , as is the staff , and the cosey lounge offers 24 hrs free softdrinks,coffee and tea , and the sitting area provides for daily news papers The hotel offers flawless roundtrip transfers from/to the airport 7/11 and Lotus fresh stores around the corner

There is no elevator, but the hotelstaff is happy to help you with your luggage if neccesary

The hotel is in a convenient location for the airport and the staff is super helpful. They got a taxi for me the first time and took me to the airport with their shuttle at 4 am the second time. They also allowed me to leave my suitcase at the hotel. The luggage scale is very helpul. The hotel is at a busy road, not so nice to explore the area, but I had a really nice dinner just accross the street. Great to have a 711 next door if you arrive in the middle of the night like I did. The rooms are decorated nicely and they are spacious. I really enjoyed my stay and appreciate the helpfulness and kindness of the staff.

The busy road outside was not so nice. But you don't hear the traffic at all in the rooms, it is very quiet.

Wonderful customer services and free shuttle to the airport at 0200 in the morning to catch my early flight. Very good price for this package. I also had a lot of fun venturing a local street food market just 10min walk from the hotel. There‘s also a 7-11 and a supermarket right next to the hotel. The hotel also offers a reasonably priced room serviced and a mini bar/snack area in the lobby.

Nothing. maybe a bit dated but I really don‘t mind. The rooms are clean.

it is quite close to the airport but really far from Bangkok "center" for me it was a good location, because my flight next morning left at 6 am and I had no long drive to the airport. Would not stay there for a longer Bangkok visit. Bed was very comfy. fridge well equipped, coffee maker, free water..!

No elevator! I had a heavy suitcase and had to go to the 4th floor, staircase very dark and narrow. Staff was not a great help regarding information how to get to city in the shortest time...next train station was supposedly 5 km away. still recommended train, which was supposed to to take at least 2 hours. Taxi in fact took 45 min.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was incredibly convenient, with a 7/11 right next door, making it easy to grab anything I needed. The shuttle van service to the airport, available all day and night, was a huge plus, and it only cost 150 Baht per room and around 15mins away—super affordable! I also appreciated the 24-hour complimentary coffee and drinks near the reception. The room itself was clean, cozy, and very comfortable. What really stood out, though, was the amazing staff. They were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even better. Highly recommend this place!

I hope the hotel will consider doing a few touch-ups to keep everything updated and fresh. It’s already a great place, but regular maintenance would ensure it stays top-notch for future guests

I have to say the staff were excellent I only stayed there one night as I arrived late and the hotel I was going to stay the rest of my stay at was way too expensive. I chose this close to the airport and from the pick up to the following morning breakfast the staff were excellent. Amenities around the hotel were some great food too. I moved today to my 5 start stay and I have to say the staff were no way as good.

The water pressure was low in the shower but it was ok. The room was clean and comfortable. And it was definitely worth the cost of the stay.

The shuttle pickup from the airport was on time and handled with courtesy, despite my flights delay in arrival. The greeter was friendly, the driver efficient and also friendly. The ride took no more than 15 minutes. The receptionist at the front desk greeted me warmly (in tru Thai fashion) anticipated my needs and explained the transfer process with care. The room was warm and welcoming, everything a clean as a whistle! The robe was greatly appreciated and the bed ... soooo comfortable.

It went better than I expected. Nothing to not like.

Used this hotel twice for my Bangkok lay-over; this hotel is highly recommended if you do not want to spend a lot of money for other expensive airport hotels for a short overnight stay. Meeting hotel staff at the airport was a bit of concern as the meeting areas was super-crowded and I could not find the person quickly, but after I called the hotel staff and told my location, a driver quickly came to meet me. (It is recommended you have a way to call the hotel at a meeting spot, I used my skype call). Hotel is very close to the airport, it took more than 30 minutes at night in rain with a traffic, but it was super quick (less than 15mns) in morning on the day of departure. Hotel rooms are clean and comfortable enough to stay overnight, reception staff is super friendly and speak very good English- there is 24 hr coffee/tea and snack service at the reception. As a convenance store is just next to the hotel and there is a microwave in a room, you can also have a midnight snack if needed. I would definitely use the hotel again if I have a layover in Bangkok again.

Hotel is not very new and the carpet in a corridor may need to be changed as it gets a bit dusty. But a guest room is not carpeted, very clean and comfortable. Also there is no lift in this hotel, so if you have accessibility issue, you may consider. Staff are kind enough to help with your suitcase even in early morning.
