The hotel collected us from the airport. They were incredibly polite and helpful from the first moment. The room was spotlessly clean. Late-night dinner upstairs in the restaurant was great. Breakfast was great. We didn't have time to use the swimming pool, but it look nice and clean. Great value for the price.

The Sky Bar is the best thing with this hotel. The staff are amazing in the bar/restaurant

I wonder why they keep increasing the price of the airport shuttle as it is now 300 THB. I got an UBER for 200 THB

Location is excellent for quick access to the airport, without being constantly disturbed by aircraft. Plenty of choice for room types. Staff very friendly and efficient. Roof top restaurant food is very good with plenty of choice. The room was large and comfortable (Suite). Airport shuttle bus was a godsend as we had a lot of luggage (arrived in Thailand on retirement) which it coped with easily.

Suite bathroom has an absolutely massive circular bath tub but lacked an overhead rain shower or fixed showers head point, which would have been a crowning glory. There was a shower head on a pull out reel but at 5'6" I was still too tall to put water over my head and resorted to kneeling down to carry out a one handed shower with the other hand holding the shower head.

The room was basic but clean and had a decent shower. The sky bar I fantastic! Great views,, we dat for hours watching the planes come in as the sun set. Good food, although not a massive choice for vegetarians so I just went for a margarita pizza which was very tasty. Lovely little pool too. We only stayed for 1 night before flying home, very easy transfer to the airport. Breakfast was good, choice of cereal, fruit etc and hot food made to order. Lovely friendly staff.

The hotel is right under the flight path so you will hear planes right through the night, ear plugs are definitely recommended. We chose a room with a small balcony but if we stayed again i would probably book a windowless room just purely to limit noise.

We already second time stay in this hotel . It very convenient for earlier check in after long flight. The beds are comfortable, room is good enough . Absolutely love it beautiful rooftop restaurant food can order till midnight and have nice bar as well . My favourite is Tom Yam . Comfortable fast transfer to the apartment it takes 15 minutes only. The staff are all very helpful and well organised.

During our first stay we bought room with our windows . Maybe is good for some people , however I love our second stay room with two big windows balcony and very beautiful garden views

Staff were excellent and very helpful also professional in all that was asked of them, in hotel dining very good shuttle service to the airport and the proximity to the airport I went into the City Centre of Bangkok I used the Bolt rideshare service to go to the Lat Kabrang Station, on the Airport link line then used the sky train to move around Bangkok, repeated the same process to return to the hotel. I have used this hotel on a number of occasions and always a great experience

We have stayed at this hotel many times because it is close to the airport, the shuttle service is good and it is reasonably priced. The hotel itself is OK, and the staff are friendly and helpful. There are good local restaurant options nearby as well as a 7-eleven of course.

The beds are comfortable, but the protruding bases can be a shin hazard. The sink does not have hot water and it is hard to regulate water temperature and pressure in the shower.

We have stayed here several times before and remain very happy with our choice, despite the comments below. The location is ideal for a layover between flights and we always appreciate the flexibility of early check ins and late check outs. Very friendly staff.

The bathroom is a bit disappointing - no hot water for shaving in the hand basin; a too short shower screen that lets the bathroom floor get wet; and fluctuating temperature and water pressure in the shower.

Excellent location right next to the airport - very convenient for us as we arrived late and were taking off again very early. Lots of fun locals bars and a night market within walking distance. Room was clean and comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Rooftop bar had a great view. Very convenient shuttle to the airport. Overall a great place to crash for the night!

I wish the pool was open later - I was really looking forward to a swim after a long day of traveling but it was already closed when we got there. Also the rooftop bar was lovely but the prices were a bit high and the food was kind of so-so.
