Pool looked great. We didn’t have time to enjoy as arrived late and left early to get to the airport. Rooms were clean. Live music in the restaurant was a lovely surprise. At night the buildings are beautifully lit up but in the morning it was really nice to see the well kept grounds and wildlife.

Unfortunately there is some major construction/road works happening in the area which made the commute longer. When booking you’ll see that it’s very close to the airport but will still take 30mins to get to and from the airport. If getting an airport taxi…stand in the *short distance* taxi queue.

5 star hotel, rooms were very clean, spacious, and beds very comfortable. Facilities were also great, pool, spa, reception all very clean and luxurious. Couldn't see the restaurant as there was a function on but I got room service and the food was very good and reasonably priced for room service. Also a free airport shuttle.

Location, was not near anything, you couldn't walk somewhere. But this was not an issue for me as I picked this hotel for the last night so I would be close to the airport. One small thing I noticed was the toilet hose would stay on when using after going to the toilet and I had to wait for it to turn off, it's like a pump kicked in which was stronger than the handle, had to hold it in the toilet until it turned off before hanging it back up

Really clean,but I was only there for 6 hours. But everything provided, clean and everything worked as it should. Will go back for sure.

Even though only a short distance to the airport, it took 75 minutes by taxi to Suvarnabhumi Airport. Allow lots of time for your journey.

The pool was amazing with lots of sun loungers . The staff were extremely friendly . The bathroom was spacious and well equipped . The dining areas were immaculate and had a good selection . The room was clean and felt light and airy . There was a little shop if you didn't want to pay bar prices .

The first transfer bus was at 06.00 which we thought would be fine , as our flight was at 08.25 and the airport was only 2.8km away . The transfer took 40 minutes , which immediately put us on the back foot for the chaos that is Bangkok airport ! We did make the flight , but it was not a leisurely experience . I would have preferred a 05.00 transfer .

This is a newly built large hotel, with excellent facilities (pool and 24 hour restaurant) and very comrotable rooms. If you want to save some money on meals there are both a street food stall and a Chinese/seafood restaurant 100 meters outside the hotel. The food at the restaurant was good. The hotel was great value for money given the quality of the accommodation. Recommended.

Be warae there are roadworks on the roads around the hotel and the traffic can be horrendous. Make sure you leave enough time to catch your flight. The hotel shuttle does not run all night so if you have an early morning arival or departure you will need a taxi: 300 Baht fixed fee.

The Divalux is a beautiful hotel, I enjoyed every second of my stay and wish I had another day. The whole hotel is well thought out & a haven close to the venue. The breakfast was robust and made by very talented chefs, Nu was very helpful, kind and a great attendee. My room was clean & spacious with a beautiful reading nook. Min was also really great and was so nice to us, making our introduction to the hotel so seamless. I loved the swim up bar, pool area, restaurants & in-house convenience store. I have nothing bad to say about this hotel & will definitely be back!

Not something I didn’t like, but I wish I got to access the games room and karaoke for evening entertainment!

The airport shuttle service is great unless you arrive at midnight so take a taxi if needed. The resort is staffed 24 hours, an engineer was sent to our room at 230am when the air conditioner didn’t kick on properly. He fixed it and we slept very well! The breakfast buffet was fabulous, lots of options. Lunch in their restaurant was very good and we found covered walkways from building to building during the rain. Warning, the pathways are slippery when wet so choose your footwear wisely. The pool is refreshing and it was fine seeing families enjoying pool time. We stayed 2 nights, they also have hourly options if you have a strange layover in Bangkok. There is a restaurant right outside the resort gates that had a menu with English and tasty food. We were the only ones there.

The room was not cooled before arrival. But the 5 minutes to cool worked well for our travel companions and did so for us after the engineer came to our room. So our initial complaint disappeared.

The pool was great. The hotel staff were pretty good. Cleanliness good as well. Pool towels always available. Rooms are great. Spa fantastic!

Restaurant very slow and disorganized. Value not great. Everything very expensive for the amount and quality. Pool bar staff fantastic. Lower your prices and you will sell capitalize in sales. Need some upgrades in general. Also to fix alot of things in the outdoors that would really improve the property, lights, tiles, water features. Plants by pool. General cleaning from birds and in hallways need improvements . Location is great and value for rooms. Pretty sure the only reason people stay there as location only goof for airport.

The property was lovely. The pool area was amazing. It was like being at a beach resort but in Bangkok. The room was lovely and the bed was really comfortable. I cannot express how grateful I am to the staff - my daughter left her teddy behind at another hotel and it was shipped to this hotel and they made a big fuss of it for her and put petals on the bed and a big love heart so when she came in she was surprised to see her little friend and I am just so thankful that they made that effort.

The location is convenient for the airport, but it is quite far away from Bangkok town, there’s not very much within walking distance

The pool area was beautiful and relaxing with garden areas throughout and the rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed one night before flying home and ate at the on-site restaurant. Food was okay but not exceptional. Check in was efficient and the price was very reasonable for our room. We used the shuttle service when we left and it was very convenient. On arrival at the airport we missed the shuttle due to a delayed flight. I messaged the hotel to rebook and they were not helpful so I had to book a Grab taxi.

We booked a double bed as we were travelling as a couple and they gave us a room with two twin beds. It is a large resort and I think they could have made an effort to place us in a room with one bed like we had booked. There were a lot of mosquitoes on the property and I left with many bites. We looked at the spa menu but found the prices about 4 times higher than all of our other massages in Thailand.
