Very new hotel, everything organized and tidy, the staff extremely attentive, polite and friendly, 15 minutes from the airport and there is a van that takes you there for an affordable price and every 30 minutes, the clean room, clean bathroom with all hygiene items, several sneaks and the minibar with several drinks. I highly recommend this hotel if you need to stay near the airport.

The only thing I didn't like was the comforter cover, which was "grimy", as if it had been used several times without washing.

It was a great location to the airport. And the staff were amazing. The garden villa was stunning and we loved staying in it.

There was a slightly odd smell in our bathroom which we think came from the fan. However it was fine for one night. On booking.com they state that airport transfer is included however it cost 250THB for one person to go 10 minutes to the airport which we thought was slightly deceiving.

We only stayed a short night at this hotel, which is close to Bangkok Suvarnabhumi Airport (10-12 minutes by car). The hotel provides a shuttle service (330 Baht/2 persons) to BKK International Airport. Due to the short stay and early departure, we didn't try the pool or the breakfast. The hotel's kitchen cooks very well, and the prices in the restaurant are affordable. The room, bed and cleanliness were all fine. We enjoyed our stay here.

The hotel is a bit far from everything. There are no shops or restaurants within 1-1.5 km of the hotel. This can be a problem after 10 p.m., because the hotel's restaurant closes at that time. The area around the hotel is quite dark, so we didn't feel like walking around.

Good value for price. Location and shuttle service works great for transit passengers. Hotel is located in a residential neighborhood. No services for visitors close by. But if all you are doing is flying in and out of BKK over a 20hr period, it does not matter. I arrived at 4am and left at 2pm. The hotel accommodated without any discussion of check in/out dates. Breakfast offered one of four set choices, but we liked the limited food that was offered.

There was some construction work in the room above that woke us up earlier than we wanted do. The bathroom had a shower but no shower stall. Likely this was the handicapped room. I believe their other rooms are ok.

This is our go-to hotel when spending a night in BKK while waiting for a flight. Have stayed there several times. Has a good, dependable shuttle service that is reasonably priced. The room rate is also reasonable and rooms are clean. The restaurant food is quite good and reasonably priced. There is a mall nearby but you will need a taxi or Grab as too far to walk. The staff are always pleasant and helpful. Shuttle from the airport to the hotel usually takes around 12 minutes and 10 minutes to return (no U-turn on a busy street is necessary when returning to terminal). Large, comfortable van.

Nothing that really matters.

This hotel is perfect for a layover in Bangkok or a night before an early flight. Don’t expect picturesque surroundings—it’s not. The pool is quite small (Thailand loves wide-angle photos), and the setting feels a bit cramped, with plenty of hungry mosquitoes around. That said, it’s clean and perfectly fine for young children to have a refreshing splash. On the plus side, the staff are very friendly and welcoming, the hotel and rooms are clean, and the bedding is very comfortable, which is what matters most. We enjoyed a good hot shower and a restful night’s sleep before our early flight. The morning shuttle service is very affordable and makes getting to the airport easy. For food, simply use Grab to order whatever meal you like. I’d stay here again for a layover—it’s great value for money.

I’d personally skip the welcome drink—it’s too artificial and sweet. A fresh fruit juice would have been much better.

About 10 minutes taxi ride from the airport but the hotel can provide a shuttle bus if contacted beforehand. The rooms were very adequate, modern spotless clean with a nice bathroom and shower. The bed was very comfortable . The bedding was lovely too. There is a mini bar in the room with reasonable prices and also a lovely restaurant by the pool with great Thai food. It is a really good stopover hotel to unwind and recuperate after a long flight. There are local bars and restaurants a short distance away if you wanted to go out and about. I would definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

We usually stay in 4 star hotels ++ We got stuck over night in Bangkok due to a late flight so we missed our departure. Novotel didn’t have a suitable family room. We instead booked here at Gate 43 and it was the best decision we made. Can not recommend this place enough. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa. Absolutely spotlessly clean. Plenty of space. Very close to the airport. Extremely efficient staff. Nice pool and excellent restaurant. We will absolutely stay here every time we need to stay close to BKK Airport! It’s just perfect!

This is a great little hotel. It’s about 15 minutes from Bangkok airport, so perfect for an overnight stay. We used Gate 43 both incoming and outgoing: The small apartment we had was brilliant to cater for a family of 4 with double downstairs and 2 singles upstairs. Staff were great and shuttle runs were easy.

Love that this hotel offers late check in for late arrival flights near the airport. Staff upon arrival greeted us warmly and instructions of where breakfast was the next morning for our short stay. The room was clean, added points that the staff make fresh breakfast for order. While our short stay for this hotel was used to meet our other travel companions traveling in later than us it was overall a Wonderfull stay. Highly recommend booking with the shuttle bus included as the airport can get confusing when finding the grab section.
