Very close to the airport and a free shuttle came with our room booking. The shuttle was easy to find and very efficiently run. Every hour or earlier it left the airport and every hour or earlier it left the hotel.

Everything was good. We have stayed here many times before and always come back because we know what to expect. Nothing has changed. The staff is always very good and friendly.

Excellent pool and very delicious thai breakfast. Big variation to choose from. Staff is very nice. The rooms were very clean. Best choice to stay near the airport! I was very happy with my choice to stay in this hotel! Very nice massage salon across the street.

The bathroom could be nicer. But really nothing to complain about.

Decent size room, clean, directly behind Robinsons so easy to get a bit of shopping & food.

The airport pickup was a bit of an issue, when I got there they initially said the shuttle would be 70mins, I complained then they said 20mins, after waiting 30mins I went back and they said another 10mins, then 5mins, and after pushing they said ok come and 1min later the shuttle was there, I was the only passenger so I think they expected me to wait until they had a full load, but that's not my issue and it was not fair to have been left waiting so long when I had told them in advance when I was arriving.

The Cottage is situated within a short drive from the airport and provided a very convenient shuttle service. The staff are always helpful. The rooms are cosy but clean and tidy and the air conditioning functions very well. There is a good selection of dishes for dinner.

All was fine.

The reception staff were all nice including the driver of the shuttle service.Breakfast was also enough to fill up our tummy not bad.

The one lady (w/colored hair a chubby lady)assigned in the dining area she was very rude at one time while arranging the cushions outside when it rained she keeps on throwing the cushions carelessly and she even made noise pulling the chair we were there for 10mins extension we were just finishing our breakfast we arrived at the dining area late around 9:20am already that's why we stayed for a few minutes for that day she could have told us to leave but instead showed some attitude .So unprofessional.

Great value . Modern nice decor. Nice pool , good little restaurant with indoor and outdoor dining . Friendly helpful staff. Close walk to shopping mall .

I might have got food poisoning from the Penang chicken the night before my flight . Unless I got it from Thai airways food .

Near the airport and shopping centre

Staff put me in the wrong room when I had paid for better room. I was asked to show them from my booking. Maybe not there fault, maybe Booking.com issue I wasn't happy moving rooms as I was jet lagged. I had paid extra day so I could check in at 6am too.

The room was nice and clean, had a fridge and coffee making facilities, we had a pool access room which was nice but when people were around the pool they put chairs and sun beds outside our room blocking the access to the pool. The breakfast was lovely and staff were very nice.

Only 4 sun beds around the pool and people were blocking access to pool with sun beds and chairs. I think there should be 2 sun beds to each pool access room and the rest of loungers in the sun bathing area away from pool so the people that have paid for pool access can actually use the pool through the pool access gate.

Great spot for a layover before a connecting flight. Ordered beers and a green curry to the room and they were delish. Cute coffee shops and malls around walking distance as well as local food and laundry

Perfect hotel for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Located just 10-15 min from BKK airport. The hotels airport shuttle is reliable and they charge a fair price for the ride. Pool area is great, but may be crowded in times where more people travel to Thailand. Off-season it's very good and convenient. The restaurant in the hotel is quite good. Shopping mall, 7-11 and restaurants are 2-3 min walking distance. Parking is available at the end of the street. 10/10 would book here again.

All in all a very pleasant stay. The bathroom starts to show its age a little bit, but it's still okay. You have to keep the windows closed or you will have unwanted guests in the room that want your blood- there is even a sign that warn of the mosquitos and urge you to keep the windows closed. Breakfast is a western-style buffet that's okay, but for the price charged I'd rather find a Pad Thai somewhere outside.
