The room was much bigger than I expected and a great deal for Bangkok. A/C worked well. Nice to have the shower on the balcony so the floor of the bathroom doesn't get wet. The second floor has a small gym with a punching bag, great to throw a few swings every time I come down the stairs. The fridge stays on even when the room power card is removed, unlike some other hotels. Front desk staff speak decent English.

Booking.com charged me 414 THB per night for using the Booking.com search to find the property. When I go to Google Maps, click on the hotel listing and then follow the Booking.com link, I get a rate of 377 THB. Booking.com is sneakily taking advantage of the fact that customers are not seeing the competition's prices when searching on Booking.com. It's been 11 days now since I made my Price Match claim, and customer service continues to stall - requesting the same information three times in a row, then asking me to submit an invoice when they are the ones who handled the payment. I've booked 100+ hotels through this platform over the past few years, but I will never again use Booking.com to search for a hotel after this experience.

staff were great and honest I was paying the 500 baht and mistakenly gave the lady a 1000 baht note and she pointed it out to me .OUTSTANDING :) :) :)

I think the room deserves a good cleaning . I noted that the light on the 5th floor was out and nothing was done about it .It is pretty dark there and you can't see the buttons .

I like the staff and the location the staff are extremely friendly and very helpful and very sweet kind people and the location is really sweet it's very homely wonderful people in the neighborhood. I love that the 7-Eleven is right across the street and that store to the right of the hotel and all the other little eateries and the lotus and big C up the street around there and stuff.

Nice staff, when my wallet was stolen, the staff even took me to withdraw money for me.
