The staff were very friendly, the room was clean, and the breakfast was delicious. Pad Kra Pro Moo was tasty, and the coffee was aromatic with a very good taste. I was impressed with the coffee. As I also work in hospitality, this made us feel very happy and impressed. Thank you very much for the excellent service. We had forgotten my son's beloved toy, but when we contacted the hotel, they promptly arranged to send it back to us immediately.

The room appeared slightly outdated, and the location seemed a bit intimidating with a difficult-to-find entrance. However, this was not an issue at all.

Nice, pretty, clean room with a big comfy, soft bed and a fridge and kettle. Good WiFi. I liked getting coffee and water delivered to my room.

I wish there was a laundry service or laundry facilities in the venue, as the hotel's location is a bit far from laundromats and other services. Also wish there were bigger water bottles to buy from the cafe instead of those tiny ones, or a drinking water dispenser.

The room was big and spacious. The bed was comfy. I checked in quite late in the night due to my delayed flight but someone was waiting for me and it was smooth.

The location is a bit deserted so it was a little scary but I booked it specifically to be close to the airport. However, be aware it will take you a good 25 minutes to reach suvarnabhumi. There were also strange noises coming from the corridor outside which was scary and I kept getting up at night to make sure no one was lurking.

The location of the hotel is quite far away from the main road traffic, which makes our rest quite quiet and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and it's nice to have a cup of delicate coffee in the lobby as it's a famous local coffee shop as well. It's also quite close to an authentic Chatukchak 2 Mueng Min market for a wonder experience.

The main road is under construction with heavy traffic so it is not easy to come out of the soi and turn left to the lane. The walls around the room are not quite soundproof, you can hear the loud noises of other guests with kids.

The main reason why I booked Saffron Hill is because of its great atmosphere and its coffeeshop, loved their house blend coffee roast ended up buying their coffee so much. Also the staffs were extremely very polite and always available.

Basic accommodation which looks better on photos than in real life. However, it fulfilled the purpose. It is functional, clean. We took a grab to Ban Kapi mall and then water taxi to the city centre which I very much recommend.

On the last night i heard what sounded like a rat in the crawl space above my room. It was squealing and running around. I knew that it could not enter the living area, but it was loud. I asked to change rooms and was instantly given a new room.

Really friendly staff, so helpful. Cleaner also comes around daily and gives you coffee and water, the hotel is so clean, has air con a tv everything you need!

Everything was good, it's not a long way to the airport, so it's a good spot for sleepover while transiting through BKK. I liked that TV had Netflix and Youtube. Check in and checkout pleasant.
