The room was very spacious and there was a designated dining table, apart from a work desk. The beds were on a firmer side but it was sufficiently comfortable. Even though there was no breakfast buffet, but a breakfast could be ordered(see the menu in the room)between 8 and 10am, but the staff was very accommodating, so we could have our meal earlier than 8. Same goes with dinner, which they normally do not do, but they accommodated us that one day and brought the dinner up to our room. It was delicious. The hotel is on a quieter part of the community, so there’s less traffic noise but do expect the hear a “bird farm” across the street. They are quiet at night, however, but they become active again around 6am. No big deal for us.

The A/C works great but for some reason the temperatures kept dropping for a few degrees after being on for multiple hours. Even though we had set it to 25, as suggested by the hotel, it would later drop to 21 or 22 c closer to the wake-up time.

Neng and staff were very courteous and kind. Room was cleaned daily. Hotel is right next to a 7-11 and near a local market full of delicious street food vendors.

Breakfast is not included in stay & fitness room can be updated. Perhaps remove all the machines, and have just 1 bike, a weight rack and yoga mats.

We've chosen here when we come back to Bangkok and always had a great time while stay here. The hotel was so clean and friendly staff. The location was great. There’s a local market nearby we can walk just a few minutes. There's swimming pool and gym, my kid loves pool so much ,we also ordered lunch it was so great. we will come back again.

During our time here, we had a tranquil and delightful experience. The rooms were well-maintained and comfortable. The property is conveniently located near a 7-11 and small family-owned shops where you can purchase beer and food. The pool area was a great place to unwind and relax. Mai at the front desk provided exceptional assistance.

A hotel with a lot of character in a nice part of the city, close to a market and restaurants. The rooms are huge, well equipped, and they have a balcony.

All the bed linen was stained. It needs to be replaced. We were next door to a noisy family despite requesting a quiet room. The staff were helpful when we asked to move.

This hotel is located in the neighborhood I used to live in when I taught at an international school in a suburb of Bangkok. A first-time tourist looking to tick the boxes on Bangkok's must-see tourist sites would find this hotel a bit out of the way, but it was perfect for our group, which was looking for a local experience. The hotel is located very close to the airport and Fashion Island, a great mall. My family loved eating at the nearby local (Thai, Japanese, Indian, Italian) restaurants and exploring the night market and food markets on the next street. On weekends there is a floating market across the highway, which can be reached via pedestrian bridge. You can walk a short block up to a major road to grab a taxi or the staff will help arrange one. Our room was very large, with a dining table and chairs, and two balconies. We liked it so much that we booked two additional stays.

For me, with a bit of experience with the area, it was a perfect choice. The pool needed to be skimmed the first time we stayed in early December, but it appears that we were one of the few guests at the time.

It was clean and well kept.

The breakfast was served before we arrived to eat it, so unfortunately it was cold. They did give us complimentary cakes though.

We’ve stayed here a few times, the staff are helpful and the room is clean with balcony, has bathtub also. There’s a swimming pool and fitness. A local market nearby just 5 minutes away. We will definitely go back!

The rooms are clean and comfortable, the bathroom also have bathtub I was very impressed. There’s a local market and various food stalls nearby and the hotel staff were very nice and helpful.
