Our room was very nice although I'm sure it would have been nicer to be on a higher floor. However, for the price, I really enjoyed the hotel and our room: huge bathtub, beautiful windows overlooking the (adult only) pool, and a partial view of the sea. I was grateful that there was an adults only pool! July is off-season, but it was super nice that for most of our stay, my husband and I were the only people in the pool! The hotel has lovely staff and nice vibes with good decor. Walking the beach at low tide was nice and offered a large stretch of soft sand. We ate breakfast at the small poolside cafe and had great views of the beach. Breakfast was a set menu, but it was good food and filling. We took advantage of the shuttle to the clocktower with a small night market. However, I would recommend getting further transportation and going to the Cicada Market and the Tamarind Night Market (past Market Village shopping Center).

The water around the hotel was not very clear when we visited. During high tide the beach was difficult to walk due to the angle and the shoreline was filled with shells and pebbles. (This greatly improved at low tide, however). The pools were nice but could be kept a little bit cleaner.

Rooms were great, the pool is exceptional, the slide and kids pool is fabulous. The beach has one of the best sands on the northern Chaam area. Staff were very kind and accommodating. We will def be back.

Nothing quickly comes to mind for improvement. Maybe the breakfast could have some additional things, but overall very good value for money.

The resort and staff were very helpful and clean. Most of them spoke good English, which is very helpful. The only challenge was explaining food and nutrition needs many Americans are allergic to peanuts and shrimp. I had one meal that made me very sick from shrimp cross contamination we were there on our honeymoon. It is the perfect place for couples. The massage therapist in the spa was very good. One of the best that I have had in Thailand, I am a massage, therapist myself and spa owner so I was very interested about your spa and your products. She did very good.

The only problem was cross-contamination of shellfish into a meal that I ate that made me sick. Many Americans have food, allergies or our vegetarian so the kitchen must be very careful to not cross contaminate cutting boards knives spatula cooking utensils should be cleaned between each entrée they cook

Amazing hotel with terrific and super friendly staff, they are always there for you when you need them. The food is impeccable and very tasty full of amazing flavors. Beautiful rooms and very comfortable beds. The beach is almost adjacent to the pool, which is great for kids and adults. The offer an excellent shuttle bus service to Hua Hin to visit the night market or its very easy to take a Grab (Uber) anywhere. I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone to find peace and tranquility away from the busy city of Hua Hin.

Breakfast extensive and varied, including western options. Food options at cafe were very good - served by the pool Bed very comfortable, nice linen and pillows.

Overpriced spa services - paid a hefty price (1450 baht) for massage by the pool which was their discounted morning price. The invasion of children (and therefore noise) in the top pool. Supposed to be adults only pool. Designated children’s pools are there but lot of Families ignored that and were quite disruptive while we were looking for peace and quiet. Staff not willing to enforce.

I loved my stay at Springfield @Sea Resort &Spa. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and always obliging. The room was very comfortable and clean, the shower was absolutely incredible! The swimming pool was wonderful, including the option to have massages by the pool, which I did almost every day I was there! All the food was fantastic; at breakfast, pool restaurant and the coffee restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

Very clean and very nice hotel. Extremely good for kids to play in the 3 pools-playground-slides etc. We were on the yearly company trip and rented 9 rooms. All the rooms were close together. Breakfast really plenty food-rooms extremely clean-just a joy and all staff happy. we will come back again.

No complaints on the hotel at all-The area does not have many stores, a car/Bike is needed to go around or to Cha am -Hua Hin if stay longer time.

Big bed, big room, balcony overlooking the pool. Everything was very clean. The breakfast selection was excellent. The restaurant was very good. The pool is fabulous. The staff were all very sweet and helpful. We liked it so much we stayed another two nights. It is quite a way from Hua Hin, but there is a free shuttle each way twice a day.

It’s a bit far from Hua Hin. Apart from the hotel restaurant, there is just one other restaurant in walking distance.

Pool villa was lovely and had a nice view of the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Probably would not recommend for couples/solo travellers looking for quiet relaxation as there are so many loud children. I would suggest requesting a room away from the kids area if quietness is required.

Surprisingly clean for Thai standards, comfortable, good and quite varied breakfast

The swimming pool area is very well arranged, but unfortunately the beach in front of the hotel is not equipped with sunbeds. Quite isolated, you have nowhere to go out in the area, you need a car to move around
