The staff were very friendly and helpful. Also the owner of the hotel had given me money to buy some fruits from the lady selling them. I found this very generous

The air cons weren’t as powerful which made the room hotter than outside. The blankets too were more of winter blankets that didn’t help with the heat. But overall it was a great place to stay.

I loved the location. The staff were so lovely and helped me rent a Moped very easily and for a great price.

Mosquitos.

Very clean and tidy there is a lovely pool, laundry service on your door step 7 11 at the bottom of the road and a great Italian call Fredricoes

The hotel is very friendly the hotel manager Ched is really help full this is the second time I have stayed in samui platinum hotel and will be coming back again

If you have a scooter it is a perfect place to explore the island. It is quite,good value and has some nice restaurants and a seven eleven within walking distance. Pool is nice. Staff are friendly.

Prob best to have transport it's a little out of the way

Price, staff, bed, shower pressure, carpet floor, space inside room, swimming pool.

pillow was not fluffy, to many mosquitos outside, and TV reception did not work.

Lovely staff

Nice and clean room, friendly staff. Unfortunately, bottled water and instant coffee were only provided upon arrival. In other hotels, these were refilled daily during housekeeping. The room was not cleaned during our three-night stay.

The room and the hotel was nice! we enjoyed the swimmingpool and the staff was very helpfull.

The location was far from the beach and the city. We had to take a taxi everywhere.

Nice and quiet place. Big rooms.
