This place went beyond my expectations in all ways. The room is huge. We have booked 2 bedrooms but we have got the 3 bedrooms which have separate bathroom. So, 3 bed and 3 bath is very much better 😍😍 the room is big with living area and small kitchen with microwave and tea/coffee equipment. However, the 1st floor is good fit for young people because need to claim the stair so not recommend this room for senior citizens but very good for family with kids.

They don't have room service so whenever you want something from the restaurant you need to walk there 😅😅 but not my problem because I can order everything from delivery service (food panda/grab/7-11) which they can just stop in front of the room (closer to the parking than hotel restaurant) I'd recommend the hotel have phone number for the in-house service .. what they provide is just the emergency phone number which will ring to the hotel owner 😅 how I call the owner for beer and ice deliver in the room? 😅

- facilities are good - parking lots are enough for all guests - the hotel located near a little waterfall and they provided a lot of sharing space out there (close to all hotel rooms), so you can take a picture or enjoy having coffee and meals there - restaurant is located in the middle of all rooms and having a good taste with acceptable price

- inside the room (especially toilet) and all provided sharing spaces need to be more clean - too moist bed sheets and blankets - room that we booked are not the same room price that we choosed (some space are missing)

We had a family room that comes with a second double bed in the attic. Roof of attic was a little low on one side. Need to be careful if you have children who are tall (over 1.55m)

There are 2 sites and the family deluxe was located at the old sites with just a pool. They do provide shuttle service to the other site where restaurant is located.

My booking was a family deluxe that was located at the older site and renovation may be necessary. No phone in unit and can’t contact staff for wifi login. There a aunty staying in the site but it was quite late so we don’t feel good to knock her door for information especially she can’t speak English.

For our group we enjoyed the pool and the evening restaurant. Very quiet area and a comfortable bed, great sleep. Fridge, TV, air-conditioning all good. Pretty area by the creek, lots of birds.

The bathroom area needs some attention. Broken tiles and towel rack.

The mattress is pretty bad. Can feel the springs under your body! Shower/bathroom is also kind of basic.

The grounds were incredible. It was so relaxing to walk all around the area. The room itself was a huge surprise and absolutely wonderful as well as spacious! We would definitely come back!

the hotel is beautiful , plenty space of chilling , next to the water fall. the staffs are friendly and helpful

some facilities should be changed , the water /shower tap is pretty old , there’s some rust on it especially the toilet holder.

We loved our room, and the facilities in it. The hotel has gorgeous grounds and a nice restaurant on site.

The pool was very cold but I think there is nothing the hotel can really do about it :)
