The Hotel is in a really quiet area, so its the perfect place to relax. The beds are quite comfy and there are a lot of common areas, where you can chill and relax. There is also a shared kitchen and eating room. From the hotel to the center it takes you around 8 minutes with a car or a motorbike. To the airport its less also around 8 minutes (depending on traffic). Just a few minutes by feet is a Lotus - where you get all basic necessarities. Can only recommand this place!

There are a lot of mosquitos, especially at night - so just make sure you close the door proper.

Very close to the airport, which was perfect as we arrived in the evening, we were greeting upon arrival with our names up on the wall which was a lovely touch. The guest house is well decorated with attention to detail everywhere and many pillows of course! There is a common area with a kitchen, so you can cook your own food and make drinks etc. My 9 year old son loved the space and wanted to make sure I gave it a 10/10.

If I was staying for multiple nights, I may find the clothes storage in the bathroom strange but other than that it was a great place. Would definitely book again for a transit stop.

The place is very modern and welcoming the room was absolutely stunning and very clean. We felt very welcoming when arriving at the accommodation. There was air con in the room which worked a treat. The bed was so comfortable and huge could have easily slept 3 people. The hammocks and seating area upstairs is so cozy. The lady who greeted us was spectacular let us play pool and gave us ice cream. Was very close to the airport is only a 10 min taxi. Rooms and building very well decorated. Close to a supermarket and some restaurants.

Nothing we had a perfect stay!

After travelling Thailand for 6 weeks so far, this is without question the most comfortable accommodation (including 4* resorts) I have stayed at. It's clean and fresh and has an amazing vibe. It's a must visit if you're either travelling to or from the airport. To be honest, at 200 bht from bus station 3 in town, I would stay here and visit old town. Well done whoever had the vision to create this gem.

That I've been to Chiang Mai before and NOT stayed here

A clean modern hotel near the airport (perfect for my purposes) with a creatively crafted building and plenty of communal spaces to relax solo or with companions. The deluxe bedroom was spacious with extremely (!) comfortable bed and pillows, slept like a baby.

Minor quibble but there wasn't toothpaste and I'd run out of my own toothpaste. But there was body soap, shampoo and handsoap. Overall a pleasant experience.

The very inconsiderate neighbours above our room who clip clopped backwards and forwards between 11-30 pm and midnight or if they weren’t inconsiderate and they couldn’t help it as the rooms were not sound proof enough then the property has a problem which would put me off booking there again though apart from that one problem everything and in particular the staff were some of the very nicest you could wish to meet

Honestly the comfiest bed and stay I’ve had since being in Thailand. We booked here to stay for one night before travelling out of Chiang Mai as it is close to the airport. We were very impressed with the Suite room that we had and the overall common areas and chilled zones in the building. The room we had had Netflix and the staff were very kind in doing our washing for us! There’s a yummy coffee and ice cream shop too! Staff were super helpful with anything we needed!

Almost everything about this place is best. They even had a welcome sign with my name on one of the walls which felt nice. The hosts are nice and the rooms are also pretty clean and cozy. The place is super nice to stay in Chiang Mai

The location is a bit far from the center but if you want something near the airport for a night, this is the place to go for

i love the many different pillows ! all of them had a unique style :) staff was so helpful and our room was big and comfy ! also the location was close to the airport so it took like 10 minutes max to arrive. 7-11 and macdonalds in the corner . thank you for having us !

This was the nicest place we stayed in Thailand. The bed was extremely comfy and it was a nice treat to have a smart tv in the room too. The room itself was really nice and the bathroom too

The location was slightly annoying. If you wanted to get to chiang mai old town it was a bit of a drive
