The staff were so friendly and Diana at the front desk went out of her way to make us feel comfortable and welcome! She booked our tours for us and gave us some good advice. Just overall a positive energy at the front desk. The breakfast was good. The first day was a bit disappointing but the next few days just got better with nicer tastier options to choose from. I also think the property is cute, pretty and has a romantic vibe with small cute coffee tables and chairs everywhere.

I was a little disappointed in how far the resort was from the city center :( we spent most of our money on getting transport to and from the town. Our room was also really dark. This is just a personal issue as I like a lot of natural light shining into the room and we couldn't see much unless we turned on the lights.

The staff was beyond our expectations. Great English, very professional, accommodating and caring. We had the opportunity to stay in one of the villas and the ambience was completely amazing. You can feel so in touch with the nature, the room was very spacious and clean, with a perfect AC, and fan which helps in case you find mosquitoes around, washroom was well maintained with good water pressure and luckily we had our own pool. You can find bicycles in the entrance that you can use to explore the area. There is a 7-eleven nearby, coffee shops, temples, and everything is no more than 10 minutes by bike. The Hotel offers an all day dining restaurant indoor and outdoor, a coffee shop and service by the pool if you feel to enjoy your afternoon swimming. All food is delicious and highly recommended. For the common areas, they offer a smoking designated area as it’s not allowed to do it inside the rooms. But the gem is the main pool, which is perfect for families as well. Goes from the .5m to 1.7m in the deepest side. It would be great to note that as it’s little bit far from the center it’s more recommended for people who is traveling with their own vehicles, however we were fine using Grab and prices were reasonable. We had an amazing experience. It’s been our best stay in Thailand so far. Our biggest appreciation to all the staff, you made us feel so special.

Teewana Resort is decorated authentically in Thai style. Host is very friendly and breakfast is ok. But overall, value for money is very good especially considering that they just opened.

Location is far away from city centre and taxi/tuk tuk drivers had problem with finding our resort. But as resort is just opened (and drivers are not using so much google maps) I assume this will change in time. :) Also the sound isolation in rooms is not so good. And it would be great if they could hire more people who speak English (in our case just one person knew it).

I like the cafe, the swimming pool, the general environment of the place. Above all, I like the excellent service of the staff there. The location is not near the city, so some people may not like it. It works for me, as I was there for a personal retreat and just wanted a place to chill. It has all the self-contained facilities. The resort is also very well-priced.

The 10% discount for food and beverages that is advertised on Booking.com is only applicable for one meal, no matter how many days you stay there. I felt that was a bit misleading. The water heater died on my second night there. They were kind to allow me to use another room for shower.

The traditional Thai style houses located in a quiet place. Bikes for rent free of charge. Restaurant within the resort which is convenient. Laundry services are provided by the resort. Alternatively, there are a few wash & dry shops in 5 minutes walk. Most staff can speak English fluently and some can speak Thai or Burmese.

Insects are common. WiFi are weak in some areas.

Very relaxed atmosphere, comfortable rooms and good food. I was upgraded to a pool villa for the last night, due to a large incoming group.

The only annoyance was the light right outside the window that shone into the room at night. Occasionally there was the sound of a plane flying over, but it didn't really bother

The location was beautiful. The staff was so supportive.

Everything was perfect. However resort can have more vegetarian dishes in their restaurant.
