Very comfortable bed, lovely clean spacious room, quiet setting, great pool and there were some bikes available to guests which were useful for getting around locally. We slept really well and felt very comfortable and chilled.

We had a very comfortable relaxing stay here. The only downsides for us is that the location is about 25-30 minutes drive from the old town, nimman area and the night markets, so we ended up spending quite a lot of time in taxis. There is nowhere onsite for food/drinks after 4pm so you have to have food delivered or go further afield for dinner. However, going to other attractions like the Grand Canyon and Doi Inthanon are probably closer to here than the old town.

Room is clean to meet our expectation, the extra bed we request is a bit tough but well preppared when we arrived. Beds size are big and comfy for adults and our grown up child, the facilities within the room is less, the amenities is enough still it's ok. The hotel location is not too far from city center yet to reach here is not quit easy, we are not sure how to get here without personal transport. The surrounding area is quit good, peaceful, quiet and no noisy neighborhood. The hotel has swimming pool and bicycle but we have no time using them.

Be caution for wet floor and stairs, they show no sign, i slipped from stairs on 3rd floor, luckily me i fell only 4 steps from the top and stop by catching the stair railing. Be caution, they show no sigh. The limited types of breakfast which they are the same for every morning, but the hotel allow to order food from outside.

Hotel is beautiful, good pool. Great taxi driver for hotel. Nice coffee shop with some light meals. Good WiFi. Loved the choice of two pillow sizes. Bed very comfortable and clean linen.

Too far from Chaingmai. Could only use hotel taxi service as taxis had difficulty finding it. No restaurant apart from coffee shop which only served western food. Lovely grounds but felt isolated.

Location is approx 30min drive by taxi, if you plan to spend time in the centre of chiang mai, you will do a lot of travelling, no shops close by, no food available at the hotel except breakfast/the onsite Cafe which has limited opening hours

We liked this property so much that we decided to book it for another week! Even though it's far from the center, that's exactly what we wanted! The peace and quiet of being away from the noise of the city center. That staff was always super helpful and I definitely recommend this place!

It's a bit remote so Grab will be your best friend to order food or a car to go to the center, but we already knew it was far from the center when we booked it.

The room was incredible. So cosy We went for our honeymoon and it was so beautiful, the night Safari is close by and eat to get grab taxis when needed

The good at the cafe wasn't fab and wasn't able to pay on card despite saying cashless hotel. Not much help with planning trip we had to go into town to get help planning activities

Lovely facilities and a fantastic quiet location. Pool was excellent and not overcrowded. There are some shops and restaurants within walking distance and a nice cafe on site. To visit any nightlife you need to take a taxi or have your own transportation.

It was one of my best stays ever! The facility was so pretty and cozy, and more than anything, the staff were super kind and friendly! They helped us to take taxi, organize our trip and solve minor problems which we encountered. The location of this hotel was also good, which was not too far to the city but not too close so that we could enjoy quietness!

Calm area, spacious room, overall a pleasant stay. We visited Chiang Mai to see our family (but we couldn’t stay at their place). For such a situation the content villa chiang mai is an ideal place to stay.

You definitely need a car in order to get somewhere. Overall you can’t do much in this area during daytime.

we liked the quiet and serene feel

no room service. there are no shops/ eateries nearby so we had to order food via Grab during our stay. not very convenient, they should have room service. there is no restaurant in hotel as well except a small cafe selling cakes and coffee which closes pretty early. the breakfast they served was not worth the money as it was a la carte, and limited choices.
