Decent place, looks fancier in the listing photos than it actually is. Location is a tad bit away from the main town center, about a 20 minute drive. Great if you have your own transport, but difficult if you are relying on grab/taxis/public transport. In House Restaurant serves decent food, but quite expensive for what it offers.

The staff weren't what you call hospitable or keen to help. They weren't rude or anything, but the place lacked the Thai warmth that we have grown used to. The restaurant staff were polite, but again, quite uninterested. Required constant reminders to refill potions in the buffet.

Absolutely all. Hotel a bit far from “walking” city areas, so you need a bike or car to reach the entrrtainment. But in other hand it’s totally quiet and cosy. You never regret the vibe you can experience here. Room was clean and spacious, well designed and comfy. We lived in ground floor.

Don’t support the opinion that people share about “old furniture, old rooms”. Hotel specially designed in ancient style, so what you expect? All furniture are good looking, sturdy and properly functionate. Would be nice to have detailed breakfast description or pictures among hotel info, because it wasn’t clear while booking so we decide not to take it;) Be aware, they have breakfast a-la carte and you have variety of options to choose from menu.

The architech style and the garden of the hotel is splendid, a hidden gem! The staffs are always helpful and tried their best to deal with any problems/situations - they went all the way to help us finding our kids'goggles for their summer camp! Million thanks you guys did for us including the housekeeping team!

Cons- BF is limited and not variety, lots of mosquitos as it has nature around but the hotel always prompt with mosquito spray for guests :-) BF time always noisy from guests and the hotel unfortunately can not do anything to keep the tranquility(not their fault though)

The room was fully equipped with everything in the right place. The hotel grounds were well planted, a bit like a little oasis in the city. The pool was cold but well appointed. Breakfast was good with the staff member doing everything to make it perfect.

Food in the restaurant was not so good which was surprising as the breakfast was great. Could do with a better coffee machine though! There were doors banging all through the night from the other guests. Could do with some soundproofing in the rooms.

Loved the room, comfy bed, bathroom, bath tub, balcony, great room! Staff were wonderful. Sunday was the loveliest front of house staff !! He helped book tours, help get food ordered for delivery and more ♡♡

The desk chair doesn't fit under the desk. It's minor but because of this it was always in the way. Breakfast was OK but could do with a few more options - if you're vegetarian it wasn't always friendly. No espresso. Obviously that's minor but the drip coffee was very weak. No non-dairy milk options. For a resort catering to westerners as well as Thai/Asian tourists, these would have taken it from 9 to 10/10!

I like the pool and environment. The location just near the Night Safari.

Just one thing i don't like about was when we stayed there for a week and there's one group of people singing with the karaoke they provided, shouting and staff until around 7 p.m. A place like this hotel shouldn't allowed such kind of behavior.

The room and the pool are so cute! Love the silk blanket ❤️ The view from the balcony feels like living in the jungle — so peaceful and wild at the same time.

We saw scorpions 🦂 on the way to the room downstairs 😅 and found little cockroaches 🪳 inside the room 😂 — we killed them. The hot water also takes a long time to heat up, had to wait forever!

Beautiful gardens and great service, rooms were a great size with a view out to the gardens, and close to the night safari and Carp Cafe.

Would have been nice to have a traditional Thai breakfast buffet rather than Western style. It is a long distance into the old city, a bus or transfer would be good (would have happily paid) otherwise I recommend prebooking your grab ride.

If you come to Chiang Mai, you should definitely stay in such a place. this place is about 10 km away from the area where night markets are located. It's a great feeling to come here after having fun in the crowd. like a place from heaven. just the sound of birds and crickets. The first thing you see when you wake up is a wonderful garden. the pool is very enjoyable but I wish it didn't close at 8... the staff is friendly and polite. the rooms are clean and very nice. This is the place I want to come back to. Thanks for everything 🌸

Beautiful garden area with hammocks and padded seating areas. The views from the rooms were incredible, just green natural beauty, leafy trees etc. Beautiful buildings, hanging plants and flowers. Lovely pool. Delicious food and drinks. Friendly, helpful staff. Free bikes. Comfortable beds, lovely rooms. Good local information.
