I lived the pool and the cottages. Very unique. The buffet was wonderful. Cleaning service team were so nice and helpful.

The entrance was extremely difficult for me as I am handicapped and couldn’t get up the high steps and very long and steep bride to the lobby and check-in. It was not at all safe for me as a handicapped solo traveler. No one in a wheelchair can get to the lobby there should be an elevator.

The pool was amazing. It was very clean and quiet. Room was beautiful. Bath was great, very big.

For breakfast, you have to choose from 1 of 4 sets. Egg on toast with fruit, for example. Food was okay but it would have been better to have an a la carte option where you can order something different. Especially for those with halal or vegetarian diets.

The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The breakfast was great with choices for western and Thai. Location is a little remote but can drive or take a taxi. Very nice tropical garden atmosphere.

Unfortunately it was very quiet as regards other guests during our stay so it lacked a buzz, which I am sure it usually would have.

A wooden cottage with high ceilings, a comfortable bathroom and plenty of hot water.

Majority of the Facilities were closed, no gym, no spa, no massage.

Position is a bit out of town, but if You have a car is ok, Pay back is tranquility and low pollution from traffic, surround by green and plants. Plus we where to see our son hosted on MFL University, which is just 3 km far. parking is uncover but have large area. to park many cars. Swimming pool is huge. Hotel is dated but fairly maintained. I like the solution of each room in a bungalow, quietness and privacy is100% guarantee. There's a small patio with chairs to enjoy seat outside at evening.

Beds are not so good. Spring mattress and frame too with springs and wheels, resulting on a very unstable condition, justa little movement and the entire bed shakes. on a king size bed, when your partner move a bit, You will awake, same happen when you move, your parner will shaked. We partially solved by change with a room with twin beds. Even twin beds are with same type, and are unstable. At morning awake with back pain, not good the ideal for resting. I believe property are aware of it, but due to bad period with few customers, they refrain to spending on renewal. Understandable. Breakfast was very minimal, ingredients cheap, for sure not match a 4 star hotel, but I believe the actual situation with low affluence of customer have forced management to do saving which result on low quality.
