The bed/room/bathroom were all very good - comfortable, clean with enough space. The sheets were lovely! My partner even did some work in the room. The reception staff were so helpful as we wanted to go to a non-seafood restaurant (none that we could find in town) and organised for their friend to take us, even rescuing us from the car with umbrellas when heavy rain started. (There are no taxis here!) The Blue Donsak cafe served delicious smoothies and cappuccinos. We hadn't realised breakfast was included so tuna melts and cappuccinos were a delicious surprise.

We had to lift our cases up two sets of stairs. (No lifts) We were using packing cubes so were able to do a couple of trips instead.

The hotel is very new and nice for the area of Don Sak and it’s in a cute spot by the water in the fisherman’s village. They give you a decent breakfast with coffee and toast. The staff is friendly although their English is poor. It’s a good place to stay for a night or two when you’re going from one place to the next from here.

The property is on the river which means you can’t open the window not even for a second or the smell of the fish will be in your room for hours. The property doesn’t have an elevator so ask to stay on a lower floor if you have a lot of luggage to carry because they won’t help you.

Modern hotel, probably one of the best in Donsak, as the city is not as developed yet as most tourist destinations. It's clean. There's a beautiful view on the sea, directly next to the hotel. Staff was friendly. You can arrange taxi pickup via the hotel, to and from the pier if you need to take a ferry. The room looked nice, had some interesting little design flaws perhaps. Overall very good price-quality ratio, as it was a very good rate for the night.

There was no separate drainage for the shower, so the whole bathroom floor gets wet after you take a shower.

Pretty new hotel but already run down. Some furniture was missing (no seat no table on the balcony for example), when we arrived no air conditioning no lights on. And be careful: we had a room with ocean view - from 5am in the morning on there where mini boats leaving right below our window, from there on sleeping was impossible!

Modern looking, just like in pictures. Located near a michelin guide restaurant and good value for money.

Odd smells in the lobby and found a few unpleasant crawlers in the room, which unfortunately have been a stable during my trip in Thailand this year. Transfer to the pier for Koh Samui seemed a bit excessive, but that was not due to the hotel.

Great stop over if you’re getting the ferry from Donsak pier the next day. Only 15 minutes away from it and locals are happy to offer lifts there for you! Rooms are clean, comfy and have a smart tv to watch Netflix/YouTube. Nice view of all the fishing boats.

There is absolutely nothing around the area and no where to eat other than the street vendors outside.

Bed and bedding very comfortable, staff very friendly and accommodating. Good price.

I thought it was very close to the port/pier I was going to take the ferry from to samui but turns out it was close to the wrong place. Also, if you don’t wake up early & have one of the rooms on the water / with a view the speedboats will wake you up (they are SUPER loud!!!)

We stayed at Blue C Donsak on our way to Samui. It was a spontaneous booking and a very pleasant stay. The hotel is practically new, very clean, offers early breakfast and very friendly personnel. I can only recommend it! Great way to catch an early ferry and avoid the mass of people booking through Go Asia etc. Get a Grab and offer a good tip to make the trip worthwhile, book the ferry through Raja Ferries directly and avoid the mass of people and bus chaos and enjoy traveling alone on the early morning ferries to Samui!

I cannot think of anything. You get more that you‘d think. there is the odd background noise of fishermen and their long tails but not after midnight. Besides we enjoyed it.

Location is great, this is a hotel that probably caters to people who just wants to stop by for a rest before heading to Koh Samui the next day. A very cozy and no hassle hotel. Have their own cafe which you can opt for simple coffee/tea and sandwich breakfast. Parking is great as well, they have a private spot located opposite of the hotel. AC is powerful, AC lovers will love this hotel.

The walls have stains which I guess is acceptable for this rate but the sheets were stained too (old staines) which is not acceptable regardless the low price. Over all, this is probably still the best option in the Don Sak area
