The bathroom is separated from room, in respect to the room is open to outside, (cannot isolate it, design) so it is hot and bugs & mosquito at night, and must keep the 2 doors closed from the bed and living to run air and keep out bugs! Not a showstopper! The room we had (Suite with Sea view) was very minimalist, it lacked some homely feel, like cushions on the sofa, some photo or colour on the walls, microwave would be handy. Outdoor seating broken, no seat pillows. Outdoor drying stand was black when wiped for use. Not a showstopper, just feel rooms need a little something!

Fantastic location right by the water—though having a small beach out front would make it even better. The dining area, located on the seafront balcony, is a real highlight. It’s wonderful walking into the check-in area with such a stunning ocean view. Our seaview rooms were spacious, and since we were on the ground floor, the back door opened directly to a lawn terrace right by the water. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist us. The food from their sister restaurant next door was excellent and reasonably priced.

While the bathroom was quite spacious, we found it very strange and inconvenient that there were no hooks or towel bars at all. This seems to be a common issue in many upcountry hotels in Thailand.

Such a spacious and modern room! Loved how big the bathroom was and how clean everything was. The bed was massive and so much space to spread out with our massive suitcases. The pool was so quiet and overall a very peaceful place to stay. Definitely try the restaurant- we thought it looked too quiet to be good but it was really nice!

The resort is situated quite far away from any restaurants and the main town so restaurant options are very limited. They were also doing a lot of renovations to the front reception area although it didn’t really affect us

Unforgettable first time experience at XSea! The staff is the best! Warm and friendly, treated me like a Queen. Genuinely care for your experience! Breathtaking views with huge soak tubs that I love! I will miss the staff, Benzi, Sidney and Theam. The chef customized my order and the owner was very accommodating to help me.

Be prepared for nature to be friendly with you ( lizards come in room to stay cool) lol

Stayed here for 3 nights. The atmosphere and accommodations and the care of the staff were very good. But during the stay, there was construction in front of the room. There is noise. I have already said to the staff, she can fix this problem. However, please pass this issue on to the hotel management about this situation! Moreover, the system for using water for consumption is slow and does not flow. Thanks.

In Khanom is nothing to do. You need your own means of transport to look around. No taxi, tuktuk or whats so ever around. Beach is not recommadable, not even for a walk.

It’s a wonderful place and views. Nice staff and excellent service. Thank you for upgrading my room to suite room/sweet room. It’s beyond my expectations. Thank you very much for give us the best experience, 3 days 2 nights here are very impressive.

The room was so clean and fresh. Cleaned daily. The bed was so comfortable. A great shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The view was amazing. It’s very quiet in Khanom but that is what we wanted. Some lovely little restaurants within walking distance.

What's not to like! It's beautiful, very comfortable rooms, very friendly, lovely staff. Great little store for replenishing toiletries or that romantic bottle of wine. Nice bathtub in the rooms, fantastic views, great food, great value for money, the list goes on!

Beautiful relaxing location, quality hotel with amazing views. The staff are all friendly & helpful. Check in/ Check out very efficient & easy. I have been back to this hotel 4 times over the past 12 months. I love X-Sea Khanom Harbour Bay Resort!
