The rooms were very nice and clean, and the staff were very nice and helpful.

There isn't that much in the area. Within walking distance there are a handful of shops and a few restaurants, but the town is a long way from the resort, so with children we had to hire a car.

Villas are very nice, clean and well maintained. Sturdy structures, not cheaply built. Nice views of the beach and ocean. Beach is kept clean and the area is not crowded. Well suited for those seeking relaxation and quiet. Staff and owner are all very friendly and service is very good. We had been here before almost a year ago and were very pleasantly surprised that almost a year later, the maintenance standards of the villas and the grounds were quite good and there were no unpleasant surprises. Wis Resort is a basic, no frills resort, but with very nice accommodations, great staff, very nice owner, beautiful beach and a perfect location for peace and quiet. Not super fancy, but very pleasant. Do not expect a fancy 5 star resort with all the bells and whistles. Wis is a very solid choice providing all the basics and essentials with a very good level of quality and cleanliness in all areas.

I won't say "didn't like". We enjoyed our stay! But I would say "minor areas for improvement ". 1. Breakfast could be improved with a couple more healthy choices. More vegetable dishes and higher quality, high grain options for breads. An Instant oatmeal option would also be good. 2. The only thing missing here is a decent workout room. Even just a couple of cardio machines and free weights would be an improvement to round out the services. Again, nothing bad to say. Just suggestions.

THe location is great .. the staff is helpfull .. the room is bigger than the pictures. The facilities in the room is really great.

The breakfast could be a little bit better .... keep going on .

The rooms are very nice, clean and spacious. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Food from the menu is quite good. The view from the room we were in was great and the beach is beautiful. Would recommend as a good choice for the area.

The resort entrance and parking area is not very welcoming and the landscaping seems unfinished - perhaps due to effects of Covid on business. There could be more clear signage telling people where check-in is located. Food is good, but service is slow when there are multiple guests at the same time. Breakfast is just adequate and food choices are basic. "Serve yourself". Other small, minor improvements could be made, but not important enough to mention here.

The hotel is in a beautiful location, right on the beach. The rooms are very large and spaceous. The hotel is new so every thing is clean and well maintained. Comfy beds and the staff was very nice.

Breakfast selection is extremely limited if you are vegetarian.

The setting is lovely and the staff by and large very friendly. In walking distance to some reasonable restaurants.

The air con in the room has a light when its on and honest to god it gives the whole room a strong glow at night. I can be a sensitive sleeper at the best of times, but it also kept my partner awake. It made sleeping very difficult. The other thing - which was not pleasant - was being asked about a missing teaspoon when we were leaving - we didn't have it. But to be asked about it was not nice. The place has way too much concrete and needs way more trees and shrubs. Its also some distance from any town or village so you are pretty much stuck there if you don't have a car.
