Everything about the hotel was excellent. The room was big with huge tinted sliding doors leading out to the patio and pool. The sound of the pool's waterfalls was nice. The room also had a ceiling fan. The restaurant was good. The staff were all excellent and friendly. My AC was leaking and they sent a maintance guy over within 10 minutes. 2 office people came with him, stayed there until the job was finished and made sure I was satisfied..

The pool ladders from each room only had 2 steps. It was an effort exiting the pool. This probably won't stop me from returning, but having 4 or 6 step ladders would be helpful. When it was time to check out, Grab couldn't find a driver for me. I walked 1.7 km to hwy 4 with my bags, tried Grab again and still no driver. Not the hotel's fault, but transportation might be a problem from the property.

The staff are all very lovely. The pool is very convenient and a decent length for serious swimmers.

It is a little "out of the way". Could be an issue if you don't have a motorbike or car. I walked everywhere locally for the first week so it is not that badly located. A stick is advisable, there are a lot of dogs!

Direct access from your room to the swimming pool is wonderful, as is the pool itself and the terrace space with comfy seating. Big, spacious rooms with lots of storage space. Friendly, helpful staff. Very quiet and tranquil - there is a 7/11 within 5-10 minutes' walk.

It all depends on what you're looking for. The location is far from the town and beach - great if you want to use it as a retreat or getaway, but not if you want regular, easy access to things to do. Not much English spoken, probably because it seems to cater largely to domestic tourists - the staff do their best to make sure you're not missing anything, though.

The two bed pool villa was unbelievably priced! It’s a pet friendly spot so the rooms were a little more worn than usual. The pool was refreshing and the karaoke a great touch. There is a really helpful restaurant attached and we were able to order pasta for the kids, straight to our villa for 140 bhat. Lots of options on Grab Food..

There was no breakfast, but Restaurant opens 8am next day and the staff from restaurant are superb. We do not eat meat and have a pet. Everything is smooth. Location is a little bit inside, but it doesn't matter, we want to come here to relax and stay away from people, so it's perfect getaway for us. Our dog enjoyed his stay as well.

The only thing I had an issue is probably clothes softener or detergent smell. As I do not like chemicals softeners or air freshener smell, it is a bit difficult for me to breathe in. I would not like air freshener to be sprayed before guest arrive because the room is perfectly fine and not smelly. I prefer more natural air.

It’s a little way out of the hustle and bustle of Hua Hin but if you have your own car or motorbike that’s a bonus!

Booked pool access room for 7 nights. Switched to a Villa for another 22. Would have booked longer but resort is fully booked beyond that. Friendly helpful staff. Clean rooms. Good lap pool. Restaurant on site with live entertainment on weekends.

Minor, but this is a pet friendly venue and barking dogs can be a nuisance. Only step ladder access into and out of pool and that was difficult for me. Beds (like most in Thailand) are on the hard side. You will need your own transport as it's a fair way out of town. 7/11 about 10 minute walk, but barking dogs abound on the road!

I have stayed at many hotels and resorts in thailand, and this is one of the very few places that look like the pictures. I stayed in a 2 bedroom villa, and it was my second visit, so yeah, don't miss out on this.

The pool is clean and good quality, maybe in quiet season drain villa 5 pool and do a little maintenance on the wall of the pool where the water flows over (this is a small maintenance job and not a problem)

Liked everything about the property. Nothing to do with the property but if the neighbours are loud in the villas beside you…you will hear it.
