Value of money and we got upgraded to bigger room as the previous room has some problems

Location is not in city center you need to have own transportation

The wall is not sound-proof and water heater doesn't work well.

Nice family management, WiFi and many small restaurants and Coffeeshop close by. Ok room , would rent again.

The staff really were accommodating! The beds were comfortable.

The location is a roadside motel so nothing close by if you don't have a car. No place to get a breakfast. Room was dark with only small window that looked into lobby so couldn't get any natural light or open curtains.

Location is probably is the only worth thing to mention for this property, if you have a car of coutse.

The management is very local minded. No coordination between the night shift staff and the morning. Rooms doesnt keep noise, very loud noise from hall way.

Far from the city , not so great interior

We got no room provide for us. ... staff said the room is taken already... we have proof of booking but were missed by staff.

We booked and noted that we will arrive at 20:00. But NO room provided for us. Unfortunately there were a long weekend and we spent hours looking for another places but no place for us to stay for that night.

Car park available.

I stayed here for a week and fell into a deep depression from the way the staff were treating me. The lack of professionalism, their willingness to help with anything or do their job just baffles me. I was pointed and laughed at - literally. I asked for the rubbish to be taken out of the room, they had hardly any guests and just sat around all day and they couldn’t understand Thai and wouldn’t tell me what language they spoke even after I asked the Thai staff member who speaks English. They didn’t take the rubbish out and I found myself often doing the cleaners’ duties and going into their area to grab supplies. The establishment is well put together and had so much potential but I was met with constant refusal to help and that’s also coming from the owner. When I asked where I can hang my clothes because - as advertised, it said there’s a clothes rack. I only spoke to the owner on the phone and he said to use the driers to dry it, which were up the road. I also paid $6 for breakfast, each day for 7 days. They didn’t even bother to boil the kettle one morning, the other mornings it was just tea and coffee sachets. No sugar. No milk. I used my own. I never saw anything that resembles breakfast or smelt toast. I saw the young girl who was extremely aggressive towards me use the clear cup, drink water out of it and then put it back in where she took it from - see pic. Then she mopped the floor where I was heading back to my room, it made no sense. It was 7 in the morning and she was making it wet knowing that I’d be walking on it. She treated me so badly I ended up crying most nights. I expressed that I was upset to the male staff member who works nights and is the only one that treats people okay.
