It’s a small hotel with only 5 rooms, the room we stayed in was a good size with a comfortable bed, large bathroom and a dressing table area for the ladies. The balcony has a great view of the sea and has a cushioned lounger as well as chairs and a table. The breakfast had a good selection with friendly staff to prepare selected dishes from the menu. The location is a little out of town but on a quiet road and there are good quality restaurants close by and the town is a short bolt ride away. Wi-Fi is good.

Too many. Where to start… Location is awesome - very close to the beach, quiet but there are restaurants and convenient stores nearby: Bed is very comfy; AC works very well; the bathtub and shower are amazing; service is perfect; breakfast is very healthy and delicious; etc.

I couldn’t connect to the wifi during my stay but I found this problem late at night and I have plenty of data with my mobile phone so I didn’t communicate this issue with the hotel staff. It should be fine I guess but next time when I stay here (yes will come back for sure) I will check wifi connection first.

Very small (5 rooms) hotel. Enormous bathtub and copious scalding hot water. Incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Nice top floor pool, and very small (but adequate) restaurant/breakfast area. Staff happy to provide ice on demand.

"Free Parking" is on street... happily it's not a busy area. Breakfast is good but essentially vegetarian, generous portion of smoked salmon, though! No alcohol available on site, no convenience store nearby. Restaurants nearby are poor or overpriced, or both.

This is a truly excellent place. A small boutique hotel for people who value a personal approach. The staff goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. The breakfast must be one of the best I ever had, including various healthy options, while enjoying a magnificent view over the ocean. Great value for money. The pictures on the website are accurate and trustworthy.

Small detail but the beach close to the hotel is in practice no longer accessible because the ocean's reach seems to have expanded over the years.

What Dune lacked in size and facilities (and it is ‘boutique’) was more than made up for by the warmth, super-friendliness and helpfulness of The Team. Breakfast, served on the top floor, was extremely tasty, fresh And substantial with enough choice not to become repetitive (unless you are long-duration)

Great breakfast, spotlessly clean, comfortable bed, lovely private pool. fantastic little local restaurant just over the road about 5 min walk away, over all a great relaxing stay.

Location is slightly out, but download Bolt, taxis to and from town are about £1.20.

Very stylish building with spacious, very clean and nice rooms! Excellent food, made with love by very caring staff. Felt super comfortable and enjoyed the pool and the rooftop as well! Located close to the sea and not far from the vibrant part of Hua Hin. Will come back again!

There is nothing to complain. I would prefer a dinner option as well.

Spacious room and bathroom with a sea view balcony, small hotel with few customers that makes the experience even more enjoyable, extremely friendly staff, amazing breakfast and rooftop venue with pool, a lot of facilities and easy access to the beach, yet not too far away from Hua Hin center. We really enjoyed our stay there!!

One of the best hotels I've stayed in. With only five rooms, it's not too big, but very modern and has a great design. A lovely, spacious room with a large balcony and shower overlooking the sea. The rooftop pool is also very nice. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Key and the ladies in the dining area are wonderful and can't do enough for you. The breakfast was amazing. Healthy and freshly cooked for us each morning. Beautiful view of the sea from our room and only a few minutes walk.
