Excellence breakfast. The hotel made a customized option for us. It’s one of the best hotel breakfast i ever ate. We enjoyed it a lot. The location was superb. The river is just by its side. The room is very big with big bath tube. The facilities are perfect with big swimming pool. It’s very clean and not far from the city center. I enjoyed running along the river every morning. And, of course, the staffs are very kind and helpful. We will definitely visit the place again in the near future. Thanks for making our holidays perfect!

Nothing. Everything is perfect.

The breakfast was wonderful. We were the only guests for 2 nights and were treated with excellent service. The grounds were lush, and we had a fantastic view of the Kwai river. The double Olympic sized pool was delightful after our drive from Bangkok. It was minutes away from Erawan National Park and fantastic waterfalls. Would highly recommend to others.

The mattresses were uncomfortably stiff.

Quite a large hotel set in some lovely gardens on the banks of the River Kwai. Good sized room, helpful and friendly staff. We had two evening meals there and some of the best Thai cooking anywhere. Fairly standard menu but superbly cooked. Good sized swimming pool. The grounds are pleasant to walk around in the evening.

Very little to fault.

large resort, that was near empty during our stay. Amazing view of the river and forest. Did an elephant experience and visited a lovely waterfall. The resort assisted with transport.

beds were firm the shower door was very low and I hit my head on it, the shower door also looked a bit past its use by date.

Gorgeous view of the river, jungle and Mountains. Pleasant helpful staff. Clean, comfortable and quiet room.

It's above my usual price range, but it's nice to splurge now and then.

Breakfast is an authentic Thai experience since many of the guests are thai locals out from Bangkok. If you want a western breakfast persuade the egg cooking people to cook what you want. Its a fun experience to eat Thai breakfast once in a while. The setting of the hotel is great, by the river. Simply enormous pool - I reckon around 75 meters long. Some shallow parts, some deep. Location is quiet and rural - food in the restaurant is good - but again mostly Thai choices. If you are in this hotel mid week then its really quiet - getting busier on weekends with local bangkok people.

The beds we too hard for me as a western softie. This is not uncommon in Thailand... but this was extreme. To get the hotel you need a car, but if you have one its easy. Internet was ok mid week, but less good at weekend when hotel full - suprise!

Location right next to the river was really nice. Large resort surrounded by nature. Air conditioning was good. Staff were friendly and accomodating.

Hotel is tired and needs some modernisation. Pool although very big and clean had fittings missing and cracked tiles. There were no sun loungers or towels fro around the pool.
