The modern bungalow was lovely , stayed for 4 nights but (the cheaper ones at back are basic, was badly bitten there by mosquitoes as extended stay while waiting to move on somewhere else on island. Restaurant is good, most staff are lovely , but pricey, however if you are vegan or vegetarian, have dietary needs would avoid on long stay! It was out of season so couldn’t get fruits, so glad we didn’t get breakfast included, as set menu! . It’s a taxi ride to eat elsewhere (taxi’s on Koh Chang are expensive , better a scooter hire ) Resort good for solo, couples and families , as beach is lovely and clean, uncluttered from plastic or rubbish and no sand flies as other beaches had! Beds and pillows comfortable and cotton sheets !

No ability to water refill. Two small complimentary bottle given per day, Lots of plastic waste ! Sun beds dirty , limited umbrellas for shade, one towel provided per day for pool beds but doesn’t cover the dirty mats! Food containers left overnight and not cleared up! Pool and shower/ communal areas could do with a little more cleaning and glass on tables smashed so need removing and updating. 3% charge as won’t take via booking is added at check in, or when paying foods by card it’s 3%, plus along with deposit for 1000 bht for key returned on check out!

Loved the resort. Nice pool, good restaurant, pleasant beach, nice staff!

Service is just right. Very personal and when you need it. Five stars on that!! Great restaurant! Spent a fortnight and ate most my meals at location and was never disappointed! Don't miss out on something like fried rice with green curry with seafood or the Massaman chicken curry!!

The shower, the pressure. But nothing that couldn't be worked around.

We booked very last minute and were given a warm welcome. The staff were so helpful and kind. The service in the restaurant was great, nothing was too much trouble. We ate breakfast and dinner and the food was delicious and reasonably priced. We would stay again if in the area.

Our budget room was towards the back of the resort and right on the river that flows through.. We couldn't sit outside due to the mosquitos. The room also smelt a bit damp but it had been raining so hard it is understandable.

Everything! Quiet comfortable bungalow in a peaceful green location. Great breakfasts, lunches and evening meals on the airy terrace under the palm trees facing the sea. Friendly, attentive and efficient staff. Pool big enough for a nice swim - though as a fan of the big waves I was mostly in the sea, even when it was turbulent (which was most days, since it was the rainy season). Impressed by the hotel's "trash hero" initiative - clearing rubbish off the beach regularly - it was a pleasure to contribute a little.

A tiny detail, not of great importance. So impressive that the housekeeping staff made "sculptures" out of the towels (swans, turtles, ...)- really beautiful. But, to be honest, the towels were clearly quite old and worn. The whole effect would be massively improved by investing in a new stock of towels.

The location, the staff, the beach - all so exceptional. It’s easy to walk up and down the beach and find various nooks to enjoy the sand, water, and stunning views of the jungle from the sea. It was our third time there and we loved it all over again. The food at the restaurant is delicious and the staff very kind. Town is a short walking distance and is fun to explore. It’s more low-key than the towns connected to other beaches on the island and more our preference. We were sad to leave, and will hope to return!

Our first room smelled strong of mould but they moved us to one of the best rooms I’ve ever stayed in an on island.

Beachside pool and bar, and eating area were near to beach. The food was good quality. Very happy with all that.

The shower room needs some mosquito mesh or similar. It was open to the outside, so they could get in easily. We had a severe thunderstorm at night , which cut off all the power. There was no electric all night, no aircon, lights etc. We did not sleep, it was very hot, and we could not open windows because of mosquitos . We spoke to the manager next day who was very kind and returned our money so that we could move to a new location. It was not her fault, but she was extremely apologetic and very helpful. So full marks to her.

Bed was awesome, and location as well.

I think the neighbors heard us being intimate. Could have been a bit more sound isolated. Also the bed was on wheels and hit the wall all the time.

Location was amazing close enough to some restaurants, but still far away from alot of people. I never felt to crowed. Food & cocktails were awesome (little pricey, but that is normal for resorts) Breakfast was really nice every day overlooking the ocean.

The owner was a rude person. After a little incident with a scooter (not our fault, tyre blew out half hour after hired bike) she was not very concerned for our safety & didn't want to take any responsibility for a faulty bike. 🙏By The way other staff were beautiful, friendly & helpful

We had an amazing stay at Nature Beach Resort! The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning sunsets every evening. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Great food, relaxed vibe, and everything you need for a perfect island escape. Highly recommended!

Some rooms are simpler and more compact than others, so a little more clarity when booking would make things even better.
