Amazing stay in Koh Lanta. This is our second time staying here with Oi and Nui and we love it. They are the most helpful and friendly hosts we've stayed at. The rooms are spacious, there are great facilities, wifi works well, the breakfast is delicious and you can book here scooters, transfers, day trips. They also have a restaurant next to the reception with delicious , freshly cooked food at good prices. We definitely recommend this place for your holiday in Koh Lanta.

Such a great place. Such good value for money. The room was clean and AC worked really well. The staff were so kind and helpful and made the stay so much better. Sorted out our transfer/taxi from the pier with ease. Motorbike rental was cheap and good direct from the home stay. Would highly reccomend.

The owners are absolutely lovely people and make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive! Nothing was too much trouble, we rented scooters from them and it was a very easy process. We left one of our belongings in our room when we checked out and didn't realise until we had arrived at koh phi phi. We contacted the owner and she organised to have it sent over on a ferry to us the following day at no extra cost, this was an incredible help to us and just shows how welcoming/ hospitable these people are! Could not recommend more!

The highlight of our stay was definitely the staff. They are so friendly and welcoming. However, I have to give a special mention to Oi. Oi and her husband run Cat Bungalow and wow she couldn’t do enough for us. She was so chatty (her English is also very good), she sorted all of our onwards travel to Malaysia which wasn’t as easy in the low season. She got all of the information for us and arranged two buses and a ferry and was messaging us along the whole way to ensure we got there safely. Also, I have to mention that they have just started offering Thai food for lunch and dinner. I had the first Thai green curry and it might be the best one I’ve had during our 5 week stay in Thailand. The food is a must try! The rooms are basic but with everything you need and there is a buffet style breakfast which was also very good.

This is trully the best accomodation we have found in Thailand and most probably the best one among the places we have stayed during our all travels. The owners are amazing persons, they are very friendly and helpful. There is nothing we have wanted and the owners couldn't find a way to achieve it. I am used to plan all the things in advance, before getting to the location. Oi told me not to worry about anything, that she will help us with all the things after we will arrive there. And she really did it. The only thing that must be planned before arrival is the transfer from the airport and Oi helped with that also. For each excursion we went to, Oi helped us to obtain a better price. The location is not far from 7 Eleven and Big C supermarkets. Bank ATMs can be found in the vicinity of these supermarkets. Every day we took dinner at the Cat Bungallow restaurant as the chef is one the best and he is preparing really delicious dishes. The rooms are really clean. I have not enough words to thank Oi, Nui, Oo, Min and Master Chef for transforming our stay in a lovely vacation. If I will come back to Thailand, I would definitely look for staying in this accomodation again.

I felt home far away from home! The place was cozy with open and relaxed atmosphere and s a f e ❤️ And paradise for those who love cats! All the rooms that I saw were very clean, individually decorated, with super nice hammocks. Owners are a rare thai couple: genuinly caring, giving and with a really good sense of humour. They reminded me of one famous childrens book&movie caracter, Astrid Lindgren's Pippi Longstocking: Oi is small but strong, funny but smart and adventurous and courageous as Pippi. And Pippi has a horse that is kind and good-hearted, who helps Pippi on all her whims and adventures - obviously Nui! Thank you both, you were my family for one week. Hope to see you next year ✨️

New built concrete rooms with comfy bed,fan,good air con,fridge and shower and small balcony with chairs and hammock looking over small garden and out in the direction of the coast.Theres is a restaurant on site and free water and all day tea and coffee.The couple that run it are friendly,helpful and knowledgeable-they booked our onward travel and we hired a good scooter off them for a couple of days.Its about 10 minutes walk to the beach,shops and restaurants

The breakfast is toast,juice and fruit which is fine but charging extra for eggs relative to the price of the room is unnecessary in our opinion

We just had a great 6 night stay. Oi and her team were excellent hosts. The bungalow was very clean, quiet, and mosquito proof. The shower had very good water pressure, new air conditioning unit and a fresh coat of paint. Everything was very well maintained. Hammocks outside and the view over the hills were great. Breakfast was very good with yogurt, cereal, fruit, juice, instant coffee and toast. There was option to purchase eggs for those who needed more food. We were able to rent scooters for a very good price and Oi also arranged ongoing transfer for us. Scooters are needed to enjoy all Lanta has to offer.

This is a wonderful place to stay for a solo traveler looking to explore Koh Lanta, but not stay in a typical resort! I can’t say enough good things about the excellent service provided at this family run business - there was a good breakfast spread every morning, it was easy to coordinate activities and transportation to pick up from the Bungalow for reasonable prices, and it was safe, clean, and comfortable. The owners are lovely people, and so nice to talk with! It was also delicious to buy lunch or dinner, again for very good prices, at the Bungalow. This location is close enough to easily walk to the beach and shops, but far enough from the beach bars that you have peace and quiet at night! I would have gladly stayed longer!!

Nothing, loved this stay!

We loved staying at the cat bungalow. All staff were super friendly and helpful. The place has a real family feel to it. The lady in charge/at reception was great and really made sure we were happy and comfortable. The room was clean and tidy and I loved having our own sun lounger and hammock outside our room. It felt really peaceful and private. Breakfast being included was a lovely touch. The kitchen area seemed clean and there was always a member of staff there to cook you anything you wanted. I would recommend cat bungalow for couples or older people who want a nice quiet time in Koh Lanta but still close to shops and restaurants.
