This is the perfect place if you want it to be quiet and you are planning to have your own transport. Clean, spacious, comfortable... All you need.

lovely clean very large room. The staff were very nice, especially the female one. Housekeeping would exchange my rubbish etc and leave it outside the room, she would also come in and clean if required but I didnt need it.

Slightly further out than I expected, you will need a scooter to get around. The AC in my room was noisy even tho it looked brand new, not bad but still there.

I spent 1 night at Alisa Hotel before returning to Bangkok early in the morning the following day. I booked a twin room as there was no double left. It was absolutely massive and looked like a self-contained 1 bedroom flat without a kitchen. There was a separate lockable entrance hall, a huge room with 2 large windows (actually one wall was floor to ceiling window with access to the balcony) which is a good surprise and plenty of sunlight. The hotel is a bit away from restaurants, etc, so best if you have your meals in the centre. There was a small fridge, a kettle, bottles of water, etc. I had a good stay at this hotel and would probably stay again if I come back to Krabi. The location is good if you need to get early to the airport. I paid approx 240 baht for a Grab taxi to the airport. Also, the people in the neighbouhood were super friendly. I got to the hotel around 7pm when it was already dark and walked from the station where the local bus dropped me. It was only a 15 min walk to the hotel and I did not have much luggage. A lady on the bike stopped me and asked me if I knew where I was going. Literally a minute or two later, a man on the bike stopped me, introducing himself that he works with the police and that I should not get scared, asked me the same question and left once I mentioned the hotel. I ended up receiving a lift from an ambulance as I could not figure out how to walk a very short section (the hotel is behind the ambulance station). I never had so much help in Thailand. The people were lovely. Thank you Alisa for a great stay!

We spent 35 days at the Alisa Krabi Hotel. The entire hotel is very clean. Most of the staff are extremely kind. In the mornings, we had tea, coffee, and toast on the terrace in front of the entrance, using our own additional toppings. We had a great time here. I highly recommend it to everyone.

Good, clean and comfortable place! Nice people, keen to help and amend where possible. Room was spacious, clean and well provided. AC worked well, so did the heater of the water in the bathroom!

Mosquitos kept finding their way into the room and english wasn't well understood. But these were minor things.

Everything was super clean, the room was huge, there was a table, a sofa, a fridge, and air conditioning. There are absolutely no noises at night. At the reception you have free coffee and tea all day long. I would definitely vome back here.

Very helpful and kind staff. The facility is good and held up to what I expected based on the pictures and the description of it. I would come again in the future.

The room size was so large and quiet. It was far from the center about 3-5 minutes by motorbike but it wasn’t good for walking tourist. There was no restaurant or shopping around here but the room rate was not expensive, worth for money.

The bathroom should be more clean.

the staff here is very friendly and helpful. cleaning service is also amazing! they provide us towels. tissue and mineral water was provided daily. free breakfast is also being served.

It's close to the airport, so very convenient for an early morning flight.

The staff wasn't particularly helpful in getting transport to the airport. Most hotels are part of a shuttle-share system in Krabi, but this one didn't seem to be part of it. I had to pay for an expensive taxi 5x the price I would normally pay.
