It’s was clean, you got new towels, bedsheets etc every day. The air conditioning was good, a nice balcony, and very helpful and kind staff. They can helt you organize various days trips and other activities, even when on comes to renting MC. Really enjoyed staying here and definitely worth the money.

The only thing I didn’t like was the fact that is was located kind of far from the beach , but that’s all my fault since I had not done any research about Krabi before I went there. I would recommend renting a vehicle for the best experience, but there are also buses close to the place that can take you to ao nang.

The hotel is in Krabi Town, so it takes about 20 minutes by scooter to get to the beach. We really liked that it was outside the resort areas. It had good access to the Night Market, where you could get great food (about 5 minutes by scooter). The staff was very kind and always smiling. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We stayed on the first floor, and our view was of a tin shed. However, we didn’t mind it!

Big room with table, fridge and balcony. Good location, not to far from Krabi town, 20 minutes to Ao Nang beach. Freindly staff and you can use washing machine near hotel (not included in price).

No kettle in the room, no lift, often there are birds in baclony. Wifi is really terrible even after change of equipment. When we arrived and the staff saw that we had booking for 1 month, they told that we should pay extra for electricity, because we will stay long and be at room more then usual tourists. We paid, but this is not okay.

Cute hotel just a 5min ride from the bus station and the center. The rooms are spacious and the staff was super friendly. There's also a tiny elevator for luggage only which is life saving if you have to stay on the upper floors! The view from the 4th floor is amazing, perfect sunset spot!

The bathroom doesn't have a window or ventilation so it can get smelly.

The rooms were clean, spacious and they had a balcony. It's halfway from Ao Nang beach and Krabi airport.

There's no elevator and we had to go up to the 4th floor which was really hot. The fridge does not work without the key in so you can't refrigerate during the day, unless you have 2 keys. Bathroom was a bit small.

The rooms were really nice, quite spacious, and beds were very comfortable. The staff were extremely helpful and kind. This was a very very cheap hotel we stayed in for one night when travelling from Koh Phi Phi to Koh Samui and it far exceeded our expectations

It was very far from the markets and all other attractions of Krabi. We are big walkers so it didn’t bother us too much but if we were staying any longer we probably would have had to pick somewhere closer to everything

The Krabi Cinta House was perfect for us. We needed an accommodation near the hospital so it was great. Otherwise it is a bit far away from the centre but you can rent a scooter. The staff was really friendly and always smiling. The room was comfortable and the room service excellent. The little balcony was great to. I would stay again.

There were some little ants in the room by the TV but nothing too bad.

Facilities are really good, staff is always attentive and helpful. We booked 2 tours / experiences through the hotel at a discounted rate. The hotel manager called the tours and booked and collected Ted payment at the hotel, making it even easier.

Quiet, clean, fresh coffee in reception.

No hairdryer in room but at reception on request 30 minute walk into town but lovely restaurant bar 15 minute walk away with live music and good value for thai food and beer.

The area is quiet at night so my parents can rest. and easy to ask e-hailing to pick us up to go everywhere. they provide free coffee for their guest. the hotel located in middle, around 20 minutes from airport and 20 minutes to ao nang beach.
