The apartment is studio style. Good kitchen facilities and bathroom with Shower, sink and toilet separated from living/bedroom by sliding door. Good little balcony for drying washed clothes. Good air conditioning unit. Good little rectangular swimming pool on first floor. Good communication with efficient accommodation manager although he is a man of few words, but most helpful when asked. Easy to get to airport and Ao Nang beach area by Grab taxi for around 250 Thai Baht. A couple of good local restaurants and one Seven 11, 10 minute walk away.

Transport need to go into Krabi town. However , only 105 Thai Baht by Grab Taxi. So not really a dislike.

Staying at Ozone was very nice! The host Pim was very helpful, always answered via whatsapp immediately! The checkin was quite easy - we wrote our host via whatsapp, he immediately replied, and when we arrived the employee met us downstairs and gave us the key. The apartment had stunning view towards the mountains and a forest of palm trees, and it was lovely to see the nature and view of the skies change from day to day. It had an equiped kitchen, huge tv, comfortable bed. This was an excellent value for money and also one of few apartments in Krabi in general with seperate bedroom. It is a bit afar from the Krabi center, but I liked it a lot as it was quiet and safe. You can get everything from Grab and easily and cheaply go to the center or Ao Nang by taxi. Great stay for our family. Thank you very much!

A broom or a vacuum in the apartment would be convenient to clean up the floor if needed.

I recently stayed at this fantastic condo hotel and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. The location is absolutely perfect – just a short ride to the beautiful Ao Nang beach while still being in a peaceful area, making it a great escape after a day of exploring. The apartment itself was stunning. I’ve traveled across Thailand, and for the price, I haven’t come across anything quite as good. The space was modern, spotless, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It truly felt like a home away from home, but with a much more affordable price tag than similar places across the country. What made the stay even more special was the incredible service provided by Pip, the owner. She went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Renting a scooter from her was so easy and hassle-free, which made getting around incredibly convenient. Pip’s warm and welcoming nature made the whole experience even better – she truly cares about her guests, which is rare to find. Overall, this condo hotel is a hidden gem, offering unbeatable value, perfect location, and top-notch service. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for an amazing stay in Krabi!

Very nice place with all the facilities. Full kitchen and washer. This is not a place for not experienced tourists. Its a far away from all tourist attractions. So if you rent this place you must rent a bike to get to the really interesting places. Besides the internet is not that fast, but ok. So if you plan to work it might be a bit uncomfortable. But overall experience is very nice

Quite far from the main beaches, no stores nearby, so you may definitely need a motorcycle( rentals are available at your apartment ) There are a lot of small ants in the apartment, I could not understand where they came from (I think this is normal for Thailand). The water in the shower stall was constantly leaking out

Quiet location, comfortable, cozy apartment, spacious view of mountains and nature. Very good, quick and practical communication with the owner's representative Pim. It is suitable for those who prefer silence and use a motorcycle for movement, which was possible to rent from the host.

Location is convenient, the room was quiet, we are enjoying rooftop for sunset. there is good place to stay with good price.

There needs to change new sofa, it is too low and hard, or need better coffee table. the stuffs in kitchen low quality and some dirty, washing machine is very old and dirty but there has laundry shop in the building near this hotel.

we had to wait since the room was not ready. but the wait was worth against the property facilities. Owner must be available to communicate fast enough especially when guest are check-in.

The pool was great and fresh. Views from the roof are stunning. Quiet location, easy to get in and out of Krabi town to explore area with scooter. Good bed, firm. Good shower. Helpful staff.

We rented this place to have a kitchen to cook simple meals when needed, but it was not well equipped enough to do so. A few things would need updating or added. The couch is not comfortable at all.

+ It was close to the bus terminal + it was easy to find it + good communication with the host + shop is nearby + quiet + dark enough at night = good sleep + air con very quiet + good and clean shower
