It is a great hotel and the staff was amazing. My friend had a birthday and we brought ballons and decorations to surprise her. Asked the staff to decorate the room while we took our friend for dinner and they made it so beautiful and special.

Hotel is great if you want to stay with the family at a quiet place. But if you want to go out its 15 km dostance form the central street with the restaurants and the activities. So take it into the consideration, cause we had to take taxi every time we wanted to go.

Conveniently located 10 mins from the airport. They have scooter rentals available. Malls, shops, restaurants nearby. The room was spacious and clean. Staff were pleasant and helpful, gave us tips on sights to see and where to eat. Decent enough for the price.

Oddly, there was no room service

Clean, nice bed, nice view overlooking the mountains, very friendly staff, scooter hire available onsite, close to the airport, an outlet centre and a shopping centre. There is also a cafe next door.

Far from the beach/city. Could use an extra down light in the bathroom (only 1 above the mirror), and a towel rail for hand towels, as well an extra bedside table. I cleaned out the AC filter with was thick with dust. No laundry service. And polished concrete floors in the room are super slippery to walk on, both in socks and barefoot.

Close to the airport, view of mountain and Buddhas footprint/temple at the top from our room, plus sunrise. Great value for 3 beds. Very clean. Good parking at hotel. Close to Krabi night market along the road.

Not a lot around in Krabi for restaurants unless you go to the river or downtown. We had a car so that was fine. Hotel served a purpose to be near airport for our morning flight and so it exceeded my expectations

Transfer is horrible. We booked in advance to go to the airport, we double checked our booking and front desk staff confirmed it, but when the time to leave the hotel came, driver from hotel's transfer gone!! We almost lost our flight due lack of assistance of staffs. Crazy.

Close to the airport, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool.

I think it’s very far from the tourist attractions. We stayed there the night before our early flight and it was perfect. Kids enjoyed the pool and I could do a workout in the gym. It’s literally 5min to the airport and the hotel arranged transport for us at a reasonable rate.

I liked the location (we wanted to be as close to the airport as possible), very good breakfast, helpful staff, and good looking, clean, and comfortable room. We had a few requests and the staff made them all possible! :)

Before our arrival, it was quite hard to communicate with the staff through email, etc.

Stayed here as we wanted to be near the bus terminal for the morning to get to the islands. The staff are all very friendly and welcoming, we had a room on the 6th floor which was huge for two people with a lovely view.

Cons were a damp smelling bathroom with no hot water, only one chair available on the balcony with a table Breakfast was average, they had both Thai and western, but it was all so cold, after we had out food on our plates we saw chefs carrying through the little tea lighters to warm the food but that was too late.

Clean rooms and facilities

The room didn’t have a single chair inside neither a table in the balcony. The reception just gave us the keys and did not gave us any instructions also they did not even look at us in our way in and out. Finally the breakfast was really poor and the coffee awful.
