We had such an awesome stay at the Pineapple hotel! All the staff were super friendly and helpful in giving us a list of places of interest, local museums, and restaurants etc. The room had a great view overlooking the pool, and was spacious and clean with bottles of water every day. The hotel also offered a free shuttle service to places such as the market in Krabi and also to Ao Nang, both drop off in the morning and pick up in late afternoon. It saved us trying to organise taxis through Grab or Bolt, so it such a great help! Would highly recommend and will be staying there again the next time we are in the Krabi area - 5/5

Not the hotels fault!!! Booking.com please take note: when booking 2 or more rooms together (double or twin) the bed selection option is not there as the selection option you give is about changing the room altogether I.e. for deluxe to superior. Because there's multiple rooms together we lose tje bed selection on each room To anyone reading this and wanting to book 2 or more, book them separately under your name and this should remedy it

We liked the accommodation, it had what u need for your stay. The staff is really kind and helpful. The location is also ok, it is 20 min walk to center/market. The pool was also nice and clean.

It is a little bit loud at night, the doors are not so good isolated. And on balcony we missed some little table or some chair, it was empty, so u can't really enjoy it. And the shower pressure is really really bad, it is weak u can hardly wash your hair good.

The breakfast was good, really nice jam for a change! Our room was very nice and clean with a balcony with direct access to the pool. The facilities were working fine, good air-conditioning and everything you could need available in the room. The location was also very convenient as there were a lot of restaurants in walking distance and a 7-11 right next door. It is a bit far from the town (where the night market is) though. Definitely a very very good accommodation for that price!

There were not many sunbeds and no cushions for them either at the pool. The coffee at breakfast is just instant coffee. Something was wrong with the sink in the bathroom, there was almost no water coming out of the tap.

I absolutely loved everything about my stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made me feel truly welcome. The pool was small, but refreshingly cool. The room was good, and the service was excellent. Every day, activities are organized, and you can often join for free. They also offer a free taxi service to the beaches. And on top of that, the price is really cheap. Absolutely amazing!

The room was big, clean and comfortable. Certainly value for money. Breakfast was fine. There are a few local restaurants close by and had a great meal for very little money. Also a lovely pub not far away.

Would have preferred a slightly higher level of coffee. This seems to be a reoccurring issue in Thailand at cheapish hotels. Another negative comment would be the quality of the internet in my room. it was slow. other than that great value and would stay there again.

Before arriving we had some hesitations, we read the walls are thin, the stuff is not friendly, the rooms are in bad conditions etc - all turned to be false! The stuff was super helpful! we asked for another blanket and got it withing 10 min. we had problem with the hot water and they sent someone to fix it immediately. the stuff was super nice, the room was clean and specious, the bed comfy and big. all was really really nice.

I booked a room at this hotel for one night for work. The rooms are clean, breakfast has a variety to choose from. The hotel is located in the Krabi town. It is close to many shopping areas, 7/11, Lotus shopping, and many restaurants at night. The hotel also has a swimming pool. The front desk staff took care of me very well. And I'll definitely come back.😎

The staff were very friendly and helpful. I accidentally left a necklace in the room after check out and they kindly mailed it to me. The room was clean and spacious and there were toiletries in the bathroom. The pineapple hotel is in a good location and would recommend others to stay here
