I like the fact there's big space in the room and I always like to stay here when I come back to my home town because good location and the cleanliness of the room.

I don't like the fact that the hotel request guest to put deposit for second key card. We stayed in triple room and they only provide us one card for three of us. I had to ask for extras card and I asked staff why I had to make deposit when we should be entitled for another key card. Staff did not explain much to me and only showed me the book to sign for deposit even I can speak Thai with them. I find it's rude. I strongly recommend hotel to improve this process and guest should be given two keys card no matter what!

spacious room, spacious shower area, strong hot shower (best I encountered amongst the 7 hotels I stayed at during this thailand trip), steamer iron provided in each room, soft mattress (a personal preference, but I like)

Half open shower design which means water will inevitably wet a third of the floor of the toilet area. Room facilities maintenance and house-keeping not too consistent. We have seen 3 rooms in the hotel, because the first one has 2 long hairs on the bed and the reception staff offered to swap room for us. 2nd room has a broken hook at the bathroom door, 3rd room no problem, except the bathroom light is obviously dimmer than the first 2 rooms, which is ok. We do appreciate the quick action of the staff to offer change of room without any hassle.

Great location for exploring the town on foot. Very comfortable hotel, great attentive staff, huge bedroom and bathroom and amazing breakfast - think there were 6 different Asian dishes as well as fruit, cornflakes, toast etc.

A very minor point, but the staff's walky-talkies were quite loud in the morning. May only have been from my room though. Would stay again anyway! 🙏

Room space and clean

The only thing that makes me feel not happy about my arrangement with hotel diver - Name NUK for My tour temple tour on 12 Aug 2023 . We need to wait driver after complete our two time trip which is waste my 40 minutes and customer need to call driver to search location of the van for every time complete tour - driver should not missing when customer went for tour and should wait at car park and let us know location car park. My first time at thailand had this bad experience and totally regretted my tour and paying the amount THB 2400 not worth.

I thought the hotel was very good value for money and loved the fact that they had a gym to work out in. The staff were helpful and arranged transport for me when needed.

A very small point. The room safe required me to download an app - simply to tell me how to use it. I think it is much better to keep these things simple.

The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The shower is nice and powerful.

The breakfast is average at best, some of the food was cold. The exit point from the car park is adjacent to a set of traffic lights. It is impossible to turn right. There was obviously no forward planning here.

Nice and well organized place. Big rooms. Staff very kind. We arrived ahead of check-in time so nothing was due on their part but as the room wasn't ready they even gifted us with a complimentary horse carriage ride. Very nice experience.

Common in many hotels, the A/C was directly shooting on the beds. Again many(mos) places like this

Good quality Breakfast

Parking is a bit tight, especially coming at night, the access door by the breakfast room always closed and had to make long distance walk. Security man a bit harsh. Please consider to offer late checkout and charge by hours.

breakfast can be better but it served the purpose as i only stayed 2 nights. Location was great, we walked almost everywhere we went. Central, the River Bars and restaurant, Coffee Shops. They allowed me to use the GYM after normal hours in the evening.

Breakfast could be better....i hope one day they expand to add real kitchen...but i guess then the price goes up per night.

Beds, pillows, shower all excellent. Spacious very clean rooms. Breakfast is better than average.

Difficult to exit car park if you have a vehicle. The entrance and exit is situated right on a junction near traffic lights.
