We received a warm welcome on our arrival from the friendly staff and given clear information about our rooms, breakfast and wifi. Our rooms were compact but well designed and the beds are very comfortable. There is a tasty breakfast on the rooftop each morning with a changing menu of local dishes along with toast and fruit. The location was good being a short walk from the bus station and there is a lovely coffee shop next door.

Our only minor issue was there is no shower screen or curtain in the bathroom making it hard to keep your change of clothes dry in the very wet bathroom.

It was in a good location from the bus station. Staff although there was a communication gap were still very kind and as helpful as they can be.

I could hear the person in the next room snoring, very bad sound insulation. Breakfast was alright, not catered to western diet but I was the only foreigner there so fair enough.

A Breakfast staff denied to cook eggs for me but did fried eggs for farang guests. The evening staff at reception were good though.

perfect for the 1 night stay I had in Lampang. Hotel was very clean and tidy. Breakfast provided was good. The price was amazing. 10 minute walk from the train station and 5 minute to Big C shopping mall. Plenty of good places to eat nearby and coffee shops.

I like it from the service of the receptionist. The newly renovated room looks beautiful, warm, clean, breakfast is considered very good, worth the price, convenient parking. I really like that the elevator is next to the parking lot.

The only thing I don't like is that the room is not very soundproof. I could hear people talking from outside very clearly.

Great place near the train station. Staff are very helpful. Room is clean and comfortable. Everything feels convenient to use. The bottled water in the room is the best I've ever had.

Traffic can be heard at night, but not too much.

Staff were helpful, spotless clean, comfy bed, parking under the roof was a plus.

Hot drinking water only avail in lobby, no pot to boil water in room. Recommend to consider providing hot water spot in every floor, maybe next to elevator. Bathroom is clean but does not separate shower area. The floor in the bathroom was super slippery when wet (after a shower) and I felt it's a bit dangerous for my old mom.

Hotel provides sufficient amount of breakfast buffet for you to begin the day.

There are indoor parking space but not a lot. It can be troublesome in case you are having dinner and coming back a liitle late.

The breakfast was a lot of Thai food, I'm from Europe and I'm used to other food, but it was fine, I'm in Asia and the food habits are different there
