The location is great. Center Lampang and easy access from the highway. The staff are welcoming, waiting for us late into the evening. The check in was a breeze and the receptionist spoke very good English. We ordered breakfast for the next day and it came out in good order at 7am. Very comfortable beds and aircon worked the entire time. Very clean room and the beer from the on site restaurant was the best I’ve had in Thailand. Icy cold and super friendly staff. Everything is super clean and spacious. Perfect for a young family of 4.

I booked our family a family size room, it’s the F1. It was large and spacious but I was under the impression that it was several rooms but it is in fact one massive room. Only when we woke up there is a bakery but it wasn’t open. Most likely opens later on during the day.

The hotel reflects modern Japanese architecture. Cozy. Comfy. Clean. Staff is helpful and attentive. I encountered a small problem with the air-con unit and the staff came to help in no time, even though it was pass 10pm - she was already off duty. Phoenix, the Siberian Husky, is cute and well behave!

I like that it’s not busy. It’s also located some ways from the main road so it’s really quiet. The bathroom was spacious and the rain shower was great.

We could hear people in the hall and/or downstairs quite loudly briefly at night and in the morning from inside the room. Soundproofing seems to be an issue so we ourselves were also concerned if we bothered anyone.

The room is large and clean with necessities. The bathroom is decorated nicely. The breakfast was delicious.

The location is a little bit far from the city center, which there is nothing much around the hotel.

Such a warm and kind reception for all of us when we arrived the hotel. We had a missunderstanding during the booking, but the hotel's staff solved and made the proper arrangements to make us feel safe and satisfied. Thanks guys for your help and the excellent service. Very redommendable!!! :D

The hotel is very close to the city center, only few minutes by car. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable and clean.

The bathroom/toilet area could have done with a bit of shelf space or some place to put cloth and stuff. I just don't like having to put my stuff on the toilet cover.

Perfect for your stay, the place has the coffee shop next to the place. The room is comfort for 2 and also has the fridge. The breakfast with Thai “Moo Ping” is my forever favorite part of my stay.

It’s better if you have car.

it is a minimalist style hotel, warm welcome, peaceful suitable for relaxation and the hotel has a Siberian dog so cuteeee.
