I like location of the resort and a very nice cafe/bar in front of the resort.

Room is too dim for our taste. Brighter room will fit me and my wife. Resort does not have good maintenance. There are sign of deteriorated, especially bathroom. It is noisy because of bar around area at night

Room was clean and well maintained, bed comfortable, hotel is close to the loei night life and many food outlets.

Check inn very slow, staff could not find booking make through booking.com, which was paid in full, was asked to pay again as the said that booking was not paid in advance, after almost 30 minutes the hotel staff finally found and worked out me booking for the two rooms.

- The hotel is located in downtown zone of Loei, quite comfortable to commute and explore other places. - The staffs are friendly and have a good level of service mind. - The facilities are quite impressive compare to the price you pay, very comfortable budget hotel.

- Unfortunately, the parking lots are very limited. It would be better if you could find more parking spaces in the near future.

Great value bang in the centre of town. Average looking from the outside but when you open the door it opens onto a spacious well equipped room. Be aware you are very close to Loei's party zone, which is a plus if you want to go out but a minus if you want complete peace and silence

rooms on the ground floor are right on the street and get noise from passing cars and bikes.

The room decoration is very nice and equipped with adequate facilities, and very spacious. There is a coffee shop in front of the accommodation with a very good coffee. We can choose different types of coffee bean, and the staff is an expert on coffee selection and brewing.

The mattress is too soft for me. However various types and thickness of pillows are provided. This is great.

the hotel was close to the area where i was meeting friends, there are restaurants and convenience stores close by in the heart of Loei city

the A/C could have been colder, had it set on the lowers temperature possible and it did not cool the room, left it on while i was out meeting friend so it would be pleasant for sleeping
