Deluxe room with balcony overlooking the Yuam River had a great view. Lovely teak furniture and everything basic but clean. Pretty good for a remote area and at a fair price. Older people should note that there is no lift but the stairs are wide and easy to use. Breakfast was basic but quite adequate. Staff are absolutely lovely and helpful. Food options around the hotel are plentiful, reasonably priced and clean. We stayed here years ago as well and will return. The ethnic mix around the area is just fascinating. Once you get an hour out of town I found that many people did not even speak Thai.

Shower water pressure was excellent but balancing hot and cold was challenging! Could only find one power point in the room. Good size balcony but no outdoor furniture to enjoy it. Apart from these quibbles, it’s a great hotel for an area four hours from Chiang Mai and very close to Burma.

If could give hotel 11 o/o 10 i would. Was gamble to spend 8 nts, but turned out better than expected. All facilities met requirements, incl. shower which properly hot + super powerful - very refreshing. Whole trip mix of pleasure & work so location ideal as quiet for report writing, etc. for employer in BKK. Lovely view over river Yuam. Restaurant 'Coriander in Redwood' couple of buildings up for great meals. Think it's owned by same company. Also excellent roti stand about 200m further up. Not sure when opens, possibly 17.30 hrs., but closes 20.30 hrs. Mae Sariang is maybe awkward to travel to but definitely worth effort. We broke journey to MS by overnighting in Mae Sot and then for return to BKK in Kamphaeng Phet.

Great place in this small town. Great view over the river. Nice room with balcony. They had an interconnecting room for our family. The pool was next door at their sister hotel but it was nice after a warm day. Great walk along the river immediately in front of the hotel. Breakfast was OK with different options.

Very authentic Thai rural village/town environment. This accommodation might not be brand new, but had everything we needed and you would expect from a hotel. We had a de luxe room and slept very well. Great pillows and good water pressure. Also very clean. And breakfast, even though basic, was good enough for the start of our day.

Great hotel, nice view and an excellent pool.

I believe the person at check in was having an off day - either that or she forgot she works in the hospitality industry. Also not a fan of the buffet breakfast - always wonder why hotels with limited rooms such as this one, not rather opt to have a limited option of really well made dishes instead?

Very nice room with a balcony overlooking the river. It was a bit worn in places and could use some maintenance, but nothing major. We had a comfortable night's sleep. Fast WiFi, easy private parking, decent breakfast included. Very good option for an overnight stay.

No elevator

This property looked like one or rather only one big hotel in the small town. Rooms are big and spacious with good basic amenities. While everything looked clean the stains on the Toilet were not cleaned properly. The person at the reception was helpful and passed on the information for vegetarian breakfast which was made for us the next morning.

They do not have lift so if you have big bags (you have to carry your own bags)elderly people do ask for rooms in the lower floor.

The reception gentleman Sintu was really welcoming, parking area was big. Easy walk to restaurants. Use of the swimming pool next door was lovely

Breakfast was a bit simple, freshly cooked eggs would be better

Everything was just as it should be. Good! Only thing I can imagine worth mentioning is the fact that the swimmingpool is at their neighbours hotel, so you need to walk abit.

Nice and close to town centre on the river, lovely big pool and quiet..As usual quite hard bed for westerners but has good pillows and nice balcony overlooking river. Good basic but fresh cooked breakfast. This village is a quiet break with not a lot of tourists.

Bed to hard for us but didn't find softer beds anywhere else. A little more attention to cleaning in bathroom would improve satisfaction.
