Good location, reasonable price, and good breakfast options. The staff were friendly, and parking lot was good. the swimming pool was an added bonus for our children to enjoy swimming, though maybe a few too many outside users do come to use the pool, making it feel crowded.

The A/C in our room did not work very well. It was either on all the way or not at all: the settings did not allow the temperature to be adjusted to medium temperature. Also, while the breakfast had good Asian and western options, too many items contained meat or seafood, making it difficult to select vegetarian options.

The staff were exceptional and every request was dealt with immediately, with great eagerness to please. Faultless service. Conveniently it is across the road from the Robinson Shopping Mall. We chose a Junior Suite which was spacious and very comfortable. The pool was large and clean. Breakfast was an excellent array of food, both western and Asian, and could not be faulted.

The property, once clearly the ‘grand dame’ of Mar Sot, is a little run down and tired. On occasion there was a nasty sewer smell near the pool area.

Very helpful and competent staff, very nice garden with beautiful trees, clean and large outdoor swimming pool in garden, large parking lot with always enough space, free WiFi (stable and fast enough in room, lobby, and restaurant), conveniently located with big shopping mall across street and many other restaurants in street around corner, very good and diverse breakfast buffet. Hotel compound located next to Asia Highway which however has surprisingly little vehicle traffic, almost none at night.

This is in many ways a standard hotel but it is very well run, excellent value, easy to find if you are driving and has good quiet rooms and a large very well maintained swimming pool. Mae Sot itself though not much on the tourist map is a fascinating prosperous border city ,, a real mix of Thai and Burmese.

Despite very old building, the renovated room we got was really good and spacious but the washroom was quite old fashioned with rundown bathtub. The brekkie was amazing and tasty. Staffs were great with big smiles and helpful.

Location convenient next to Roberson and Macker.

The bins and soap will be good to have plastic in the bin and soap dispenser rather than soap. The flies at night but just a minor due to the windows open

I enjoyed to have the big parking space in front and the nice pool area. Staff is very friendly. All is clean and my room was quiet. For me (i was travelling by big bike) a good place to rest for one night. There is a big shopping mall across the street with excellent food opportunities.

Very comfortable bed and nice shower in a large room. Pool was very nice as well.

We chose to eat dinner in the restaurant at the hotel, same place you get breakfast, and the service was very slow. To their credit the hotel was hosting a large get together and the kitchen and wait staff was very busy.

The hotel breakfast was exceptional. A myriad of food and beverages and the staff were friendly and attentive. Location was good, with Robinson shopping centre across the road.

The hotel decor is a little outdated.

The kettle in the room made the bottled water, or the water itself, taste of strongly chlorine. So we couldn't drink the tea / coffee in the room.
